This firm has been constantly reliable and speedy in their response to any questions or problems that arise over my years of service with two stairmasters that this firm had to install on my two stairs. Mike Jones, their technician, has been helpful and patient in his outfitting me to do simple cleaning and maintenance. He, like everyone at EJ Medical, has been sensitive to the predicaments that prompt people to rely on stairlifts and goes the extra mile to make sure that users are comfortable with using the equipment and able to keep it in good running order. I had interviewed several competitors before choosing them and have been glad from the start that I did.

I'm very happy with Jeff Dubin and his crew for the install of my chair lift. It has been a much needed addition to my home as I have difficulty breathing when climbing stairs. I recommend him 100% to anyone needing it.

From quote to install, it was quick and efficient. Derek said the install would take an hour - he was done in less than an hour. Very personable and nice guy!

We just purchased a Bruno Elan Straight Stairlift. Most of my interaction has been with Jeff Dubin. It turns out that Jeff is honest, reliable and dependable. These are all traits you need when dealing with a company. He is also very knowledgeable about the product. So far we're happy. The Bruno runs up and down the stairs smoothly. If you have arthritic knees, you'll find the Bruno to be a godsend. We should have made the purchase a long time ago. Derrick and Bill installed the Bruno and made sure we knew how to use it. Their work was neat and clean.
