We had a great experience here. My used 2017 Ford Edge was leaking oil. They went above and beyond by calling several Ford dealers and Google-searching to discover that it is a known Ford problem-not a recall, but there is a technicians bulletin on the issue and the repair should be covered under warranty. They suggested we call a Ford dealership for the warranty repair, which we did. It will be covered under warranty. Thanks, Eagle Bros for saving us $700 and only charging us $33 for diagnosing, calling dealerships, and printing out all needed documents. We will be back for sure!
