Eagle's Crest Apartment Homes

I would never recommend staying at this apartment complex or any properties managed by Morgan Properties. They are the worst group of professional individuals I have ever interacted with. They are ignorant to their own lease agreements and will never go out of their way to help or advise on issues.
The apartment complex and units themselves are also a mess, and maintenance is extremely slow to respond and resolve maintenance issues, assuming they even try to resolve them in the first place.

I love eagles crest apt, me and my daughter vanessa Ben here almost 2 years, the staff is very profesional, specially Ashley, I made the poor lady go crazy, and she always is so caring and sweet, i not going anywhere this place is always clean, when you call maintenance you don’t have to call twice and I’ve never seen cockroaches or any, I hope we can continue living here for a long time

I love eagles crest! It's more affordable than other complexes in the area. The office staff was very friendly, professional and upfront about prices. The community is very well kept up with including trash and landscaping. The pool is wonderful! Maintenance is 24/7 when I had a request, it was request for a light out, they came and fixed it within 1 day. The location is ideal or people walking or driving to work. There are a lot of restaurants and ships around here within a 2 mile radius. I couldn't have picked a better location to call home!

I believe word of mouth is powerful and I'm here to say don't give into the trickery. The units are full of mice, roaches and mold. The ones you see here are renovated. They show you the nice one then you get a dump and they gaslight you. The staff are professional gaslighters and have no empathy. They just care about the money. They keep adding to rent to make up for the lousy budget this company gives this 40 year old complex. Please listen to the reviews and save yourself the hassle and stress. Domt give into the fake kindness.

I am only giving this a 1 star because I can’t give it a 0 star. Me and my partner were treated with so much disrespect and talked to like we were children. Kiandra in the leasing office was so disrespectful and never kind. I don’t know if it was because we are gay or because we didn’t dress fancy for a tour or because we are young but since the second we walked into the leasing office she was rude and barely even looked at us. Ever since submitting our application she has been talking to us like children and being extremely rude when we ask why we have to fill out papers that don’t apply to us. She has not treated us like human beings. I don’t know why you would want somebody like that representing your community. Our friends came with us for the tour and they agreed that she was just flat out mean. I would not be comfortable living in a place run by people that clearly don’t care about you or your needs or wellbeing.

To say the least this application process has been extremely unprofessional and wasted a large amount of my time. I’m a sales manager and they rejected my application because I’m in a commision based job. Wasted $50 and over a week of time gathering all necessary documents as Kiandra had asked for and yet they simply decline even though I’ve provided multiple paystubs of my eligibility to rent through this complex. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, completely unacceptable how I was treated. Also not to mention, she did a virtual tour with me of the apartment I wasn’t even going to be moving into. Overall just deceptive.

Nothing like the pictures and the office doesn't get maintenance to fix your issues. My dishwasher leaks and they have done nothing. I'm glad I'm leaving soon. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The most personable and wonderful experience in leasing ive had my whole life. Elisa was all i can ask for in a leasing agent.

I toured here a few years ago and again recently. My original tour was with Elisa and I can't remember the name of the second lady, but both agents were very friendly and welcoming. The layout of the 2 bedroom is small but laid out well so you don't feel cramped. I loved the pool and club house and fhe welcoming feeling.

They where in and out not loud job was done in no time they were very nice about it …didn’t have to wait for a couple of days for it to get done and that’s what I like
