Terrible service. Mixed up surgery date. Left multiple messages about billing 3X, and no return call. Called one last time, got very angry child who can not handle adult conversation. DO NOT USE!

Had to drive 1.5 hrs to office. Family dr said 9: 30 appointment, got a paper saying 9: 30
Get there at 9: 15 fill out paperwork and people come in after me still filling out paperwork and go back. A total of 7 people went back that came in after me
I checked out and they made excuses why I didn't go back first it was new computer system then my appointment wasn't until 10: 00 OK yeah

I had made a appointment for Thursday and took a day off from work to go and only to find out they had scheduled it for the following week and they were not willing to help me after I drove 40 minutes to get there. On top of that I've been a patient of there's since 2020.

Absolutely horrible. I went there with polys on my left side of my nostril and they suggested surgery. When I went back for a follow up I found out that Dr Higgins took it upon himself to detach the cartridge in the center of my nose and performed something on the right side leaving me with a huge hole that fills up with snot that gets very hard and exposed cartridge. I never seen this Dr for anything else and the ONLY reason for follow up appointments was for this hole and the pain i was experiencing but they proceeded to charge me not only for the appointments but also for things that I did not have done. Claimed I was scoped but I wasn't he placed a cotton ball of medicine to numb my nostril and put a pair of tweezers in my nose to pull out dried scabs and hard snot clots. Horrible horrible experience

Dr. Howells is amazing. He took excellent care of my daughter. He is very kind and caring. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Saw ENT MD for unexplained dizziness. They ran all sorts of hearing tests which wasn't the problem. My primary MD and I researched and found out I had (BPPV) Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo. Treatment includes a series of head movements that shift particles in the ears that causes dizziness. Medical procedure is Epley maneuver. Sad that an ear MD couldn't figure that out. Don't waste your time or money.

Dr. Kimberly has been absolutely amazing from the initial appointment before my total thyroidectomy to my most recent follow up appointment. She was more than willing to spend extra time and answer all of my questions and has been very accommodating with communication throughout the covid-19 pandemic. I would highly recommend Dr. Kimberly.

Dr Kimberly is amazing! She made an appt for me on such short notice. She helped to put my mind at ease ease when I was losing my mind. I felt completely confident in her going into my total thyroidectomy. Her surgical skills are off the charts! You would never know I had surgery unless I told you. Even other doctors don’t see it and have complimented her skills. I always recommend her to anyone needing anything related to ENT issues!

I had a great experience with Dr. Kimberly. I was nervous and she was very professional and put me at ease. She is extremely thorough and takes her time and explains everything in detail. She followed up with me right away with test results. I have sent many of my friends to see her and they have all been extremely pleased as well.

The service was average, however there was additional charges that they never disclosed prior to service, i paid out of pocket! And asked in detail what the cost would be.they flat out lied

Excellent physicians I trust and I've always trusted even when my sons were small. They aren't going to do unnecessary surgery and they explain everything, so don't be afraid by a few people that give bad reviews. Those people giving bad reviews might not know what they're talking about or perhaps they could be hypochondriacs (for instance) or children and maybe they want "something done" every time they see a physician. I've never had any problems with anyone there. I would consider them above average physicians and staff. If you're not sure your insurance covers that office then call the number on your insurance card and ask the insurance company if they cover the Dr office except for any copay.

Very professional nice people here who do a great job at explaining everything. The waits a little long but definitely worth it
