This is a nice and friendly place. They sell a lot of stuff you would find in a typical drug store. I ended up going there because I needed to get a prescription drug for my dog and these corporate pharmacies won't always fill prescriptions from a veterinarian hospital.

Sincerely appreciate this pharmacy and the service they provide. Prescriptions are filled in a timely manner. The pharmacists and pharmacy staff are always so helpful and recently went above and beyond my expectations in helping me stay on my medication after my Dr's office and insurance company messed up three times. Thank you for always providing EXCELLENT customer service!

East Berlin Pharmacy had the soonest appointment to get my daughter a covid vaccine when they were approved for younger kids so I decided to take her there. It was well worth the 45 minute drive. Everyone we interacted with for both visits was very pleasant and the pharmacists were very gentle and caring when giving her the vaccine. I highly recommend them.

This pharmacy has always treated me great if they don't have it they can get it. I recently moved my prescriptions to Weis for the gas points well that was a mistake ill be going back to East Berlin pharmacy. Weis had no idea who to run diabetic supplies threw i had to give them my insurance cards twice because the first time they didn't keep my card information on file. After weeks of trying to get my diabetic supplies I was told by Weis it has to be a specialty pharmacy. East Berlin had my diabetic supplies the next day. Oh and they are cheaper than Walmart!

Living in a small town, you want to be able to know a few things: People care about their community, their town folks, and the businesses that remain so essential to you. But most importantly, you want to feel like, when you enter a small business, they know your name like a Cheers bar. This is one of those places. They care deeply about you, your family, your issues, your needs. Phil, Jeff, and the rest of the crew make you feel like family and go out of their way to help you with much of what you need. And that special attention, that special care, is not only wholesome, but heartwarming. We will never shop another pharmacy if we can avoid it. Ever.
