Terrible experience overall. I came with three friends, and three of us got classic manicures. First of all, the website said that a classic manicure was $15 but they charged us $20 each. Secondly, My other friend wanted her eyebrows done but they only offer waxing, and no threading (also not mentioned on their website). Third, their staff cannot speak English so it was very difficult for us to understand them and vice versa. Fourth, the nail samples that they have on display were not clearly labeled which ones were gel vs regular vs powder, and every time we asked for a color, instead of telling us how the samples were organized, they would just tell us “no. ” This happened at least 8 times. One woman finally explained the system to us after many tries, but even after that, my friend asked for a color but was refused and told that was only offered in gel.

When we were walking in, we clearly said that we all wanted classic manicures, yet the woman who did mine started prepping my nails for acrylic, and when I stopped her just before she started putting the nails on, I very clearly said again “Sorry, I wanted a classic manicure. Regular. ” She just stared at me for a few seconds and then started prepping my nails again. This time, she prepped my nails for a gel manicure, and applied the base coat and everything. When I repeated that I wanted a regular mani, she said “too late” and then I said I couldn’t pay for a gel manicure. She then sighed loudly and then proceeded to aggressively file off the gel base coat.

The manicures for all three of us were not badly done, but the experience was overall so displeasing that we will not be returning to this salon.

I’ve been here multiple times. But my last encounter was very upsetting. They were real rude to me and the lady who was doing my feet was really rude. I asked her to do something she ignored me. She was being real nasty with me for no reason. So I got up and told them I’ll take my money elsewhere because I didn’t feel like I was being treated as a valued customer. The lady literally rushed my feet and was done my pedicure in 7 mins all she did was wash my feet and scrub a little. She didn’t file my nails or even cut them. I explained my situation to the owner, she said she’ll fix it but soon as I sat down, the Chinese guy next to us made a slick comment and that was the last straw for me. So I got up and said I’ll just go somewhere else.she said she’ll charge me half price for the labor (which was the bare minimum, not even that because the lady did nothing for real) I said ok. Then the owner went on to charger me $35 which is the regular price. We settled at $20 but I don’t even feel like it was even worth a dime. I gave them the money and walked out. I would never return here.

This is not a black owned salon. Not sure why it pops up as the 4th search result for 'black owned salon philadelphia'. Picking out the polish is inefficent. It isnt on a board, or a rack, or a book, its on these annoying rings scattered all around the store. They saw me 25 mins late for my appointment. They didn't clean the pedicure chair at all between clients, just threw in a new plastic wrap- no lysol no hand wipe nothing! & under my chair was all the old acyrlic and dust from a previous client. Otherwise super average job on the nails.

This was my first at this salon my daughter recommend them to me after my nail tech of 26yrs left her salon. I must say I'm very picky about my nails and Na Na Na did a excellent job I believe I have found my new nail salon will be returning. Thanks Na Na you rock boo.

Love them so much! Everyone is so friendly. The salon is always very clean and inviting. Every nail tech is highly skilled. I’ve never had a bad experience and my nails are always receiving compliments. I would highly recommend.

Took care of my daughters even aided me by calling their mother to discuss options for age appropiate styles since as a father I was totally new and oblivious to nails, acrylic, gel tips, etc.

I have been a Customer since her first day she opened. Nothing has changed same service. Same professional staff & the quality is the best in the city. It’s always a vibe and no matter what I show her she executes it every time! Not to mention she always asks about my family especially my daughter who she knew before she was diagnosed with Cancer and now that she’s Cancer free. It’s the vibe for me always! Thanks NaNa

This is the second time I have gone for a manicure and pedicure and two hours after my service the polish is so old and diluted it still isn’t dry and is smudging and smearing all over. This is a waste of time and $45

In this day if someone is sick they should stay home. I work from home 5 days out the week. I haven’t left the house all month to be sure I wouldn’t sick with holidays right around the corner. I decided to get my nails done and was apprehensive because the lady who started my nails was coughing and was obviously sick. She shouldn’t not have been at work. Three days later I feel like I have a cold didn’t think to much of it until I started to feel worse. I tested positive for Covid. I am 100% convinced it was the sick lady at this salon. I did not have any contact with no one prior to going to this salon. She was obviously sick and should’ve said something then. But now I am Covid positive trying to make it. This was careless on the salons part.

I have very positive experiences every time I visit this shop. The staff is very friendly and professional, and the results come out perfectly every time.

They are the best! I always get my nails done here, the staff is amazing. Call ahead to make an appointment if its a friday saturday or sunday.

Friendly staff, they do good work but it's always crowded and you will have to wait. It's worth tho, I think. They do nails, brows and lashes. They hooked a sista up for my trip to Jamaica.

Staff was friendly, but not professional. Work was sloppy and rushed. They did no prep work (pushing back of the cuticles or cleaning the natural nail). The nails were not filed well after and grew out very thick near the cuticle. It was pricy for poor quality work. Will not be returning.
