If their parking lot being so packed isnt an indication of how good they are then I don't know what is.this place if anything is consistent and delicious every single time I eat here.best diner within a 25 mile radius.easily.the overabundance of condiments and utensils.this place hooks you up! Love it.

The experience we had there was fantastic. Service was fast and friendly and so clean. A welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely go again. A+

Service was great and quick. Food was solid; although it was very very plain. Not a special dinner in my opinion, but great for travelers.

The place was packed. There were two different seats available at the counter and I decided on the one at the end. The owner? Sat me at a table instead. It was very nice of him. The food was delicious and affordable.

If you like diner food, this is the place to go. Food is always fresh and tasty. We do alot of take out and things are still warm when we get home. Good people, very courteous and friendly.

It's your average diner. Friendly wait staff.
Food could be a bit better. Nothing had much flavor. We ordered steaks and seafood. If we go again, we'll stick to more diner fare.

The waitresses were on the ball, and very friendly to our group of seven. Never let a coffe cup or water glass go empty, and even though we were separate checks, we all tipped individually and well

The diner was busy from the time we arrived and was busy when we left. We had a 5 minute wait for a table, and it was almost exactly the 5 minutes. When we were seated the waitress came to the table to take our drink order. Drinks came quick and we were ready to order, so put in our entree order. Food (we had burgers) arrived in about 10 minutes, everything was fresh and cooked as ordered. All the food was delicious, coffee was freshly made and the experience was great.

Well first 2 items I wanted to order they didn't have so I decided on what they call Texas meatloaf well it was horrible, seasoning was funky, no lie the pieces were gray in color so I put it aside the waitress ask me about it and I told hef it was horrible and had her look at the color, mashed potatoes were fake - so she got the manager in in there defense they took it off my bill which I appreciated - but never again!

Was recommended the place when we stopped in the area to get gas highly recommend stopping by this place the burgers were amazing the staff was friendly definitely be coming back next time I'm in the area I had the barbecue fulled pork you have to try it

Waitress was extremely rude, served us raw food and argued that is wasn't raw, chef said they were just gonna heat it up, waitress then start arguing with us saying they couldn't remake it because my dad ate some of it never going back.

East Penn has greatly improved from the days of the pervious owner. Service and prices are good. This is a local diner with consistent food quality and service.

On a beautiful Sunday in September, I treated myself to East Penn Diner in Emmaus.

They have a large variety of meals, along with warming the heart soups and specialty desserts. "I just so love the Carrot Cake"!

Their Chefs Always make my meals superbly by preparing them to my needs as requested!

The waitstaff they hire are always pleasant and eager to serve your meal "just the way you like it".

The diner itself is a welcoming environment with all the indigo blue booths and chairs. The chrome throughout the diner is a wonderful accent piece retro to the ages past diners.

The music pumped through the bldg is enjoyable for all age groups.

The large windows are gorgeous! Whether you like the sun streaming through or they have special see through shades to cover the glare for certain times of the day.

One of the many other keys to success for this establishment is it's sense of community.

Everyone is greeted by "Gus" with a welcoming comment, as if you are part of the family.

Oh and an important note. I have never heard the staff grumble or complain in the background.to me that shows professionalism instilled by the owners, as well as the staff's willingness to provide an excellent dining experience!

We so enjoy "breakfast at the diner" after church! Good food, great coffee, and friendly, efficient service. Nice people!

Great diner especially for breakfast. Their bison burger and wings were great too. I wish they had more flavors for the wings though than just the buffalo and BBQ that I saw. Ordering out was simple and convenient too.

Dinner was very good. Meat done just the way we wanted. Our waiter was wonderful, he brought us drinks without having to ask for them. Very good service!

Food was good. Only complaint was the desserts. Same price for a little slice of one pie and huge piece of a different pie

Went here a couple times and I feel like the staff is rude, even the employees don't seem like they are being treated appropriately. Not a good place to work.

Service was excellent and the price is great but the food was rather bland lacking flavor not sure if it was old or what.
