Eastern Chinese Restaurant, Northampton PA

A bit confusing as to how items appear online vs what I picked up. Customer before me was upset and left cursing under her breath. Guess customer thought the wonton soup was free.
I ordered spring roll, pork fried rice, and the shrimp lo mein. Fried rice was good, spring roll was so so, did not like the shrimp lo mein at all. It was very bland, lots of shrimp that should have been cooked longer, and the noodles were thick and clumpy.
As I was leaving the lady who took and gave me my order went into the kitchen and was screaming at the guy who prepared the food.
Overall not a great experience. Probably will not order from them again.

Amazing! We had heard mixed reviews so we were a little nervous to try this place, but when we did, we regretted waiting. The fried dumplings were the biggest ones my family had ever seen, and the pork in the lo mien was huge. The portions were extremely generous and it's a great value for the price. The sauces were definitely not your standard American Chinese cookie cutter sauces, they were so much better! So delicious, the only bad thing about this restaurant is it destroys your resolutions to cook for yourself and your diet.

Always excellent with a great variety and good amounts of the ingredients-meats, vegetables, etc. There is different tastes for different choices- It is always a treat to call and have them prepare a trusted dinner with leftovers for the next day. I strongly recommend it - we are frequent customer and are always in a friendly way. Be sure and check it out. One of the best Chinese restaurants

Rice was ok. Everything else was horrible.in my opinion. Ordered crab rangoon.horrid.sweet and sour pork.more like burnt chicken bites, lo mein, and Hawaiian beef.

The only place we go to anymore. No other Chinese restaurants compare to Eastern Chinese. Food is great so is the atmosphere.

Really nice owner. I was the guy that broke the glass tip jar and I deeply regret it! The sneeze shield did me dirty! Oh, and food is on point!

First time visit and have to say We'll be returning. Food was delicious and the service even better. Definitely a come back to try other dishes.

I usually don't go for Chinese because it all tastes the same. Not this place, this is so much better! I got hot and spicy (or something like that) chicken, crab rangoon, sweet and sour chicken, and pork dumplings. My wife made me try hers and it was excellent. Definitely the best Chinese in the area.

First time have food from this place. Great service and the food was very good! Definitely will be the place I go from now on.

What's up with the pictures if the food outside. That looks nasty, if you click on the guys name when you scroll onto the picture, you can see it was taken behind the building. Is that what we are eating?

Ordered soup on a menu they gave me and price was $3.95 and they charged me $6.95 for a bowl of soup. Told her about it and she said that was the price. I pointed it out on menu and she still argued that that was not right menu. Also food was terrible, no wonder no one was there!

Been going here for years. Service is excellent - we dont go often but they remember us every time, have quick service, and great food!

These ppl have no idea what chow main and low main is. I thought I ordered it wrong before so I got it different this time. Nope same gross soggy noodles.
