I ordered general TSO chicken n lomain noodles the chicken was not spicy the sause seemed thin n the noodles taste like mildew and didn't get out egg rools that came with combo

I ordered chicken from this place and it was uncooked & bleeding inside.overall, the food here is just not fresh. It's very dangerous to eat uncooked chicken.you can suffer from really bad food poisoning. This place is never crowded so im not sure why the food would be uncooked, they weren't busy.it just proves to me that these people dont care about the health of their customers.this was also the most expensive Chinese restaurant I've been to. Definitely not worth the raw food I was given.

I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star. I called to tell them that the rice from 2 of my dishes was inedible. It was so salty myself and my boyfriend couldn’t even eat it. Everything else was ok with the order. I did nothing but ask for a refund for the 2 rice dishes and I get told “We’ll I had no other complaints all day besides you. ” “Just because you don’t like the food doesn’t mean it’s not good” Who says this to customers? Then I made a point to say I’ve been there before in the past months and everything was fine including the rice and he tried to say I haven’t been there in years, we’ll maybe sir you weren’t there. I’m not one to bash businesses, I have my own small business, but just the way they talked to me was horrible and I really hope no one else has to go through that.

Had Pepper Chicken, Chicken and Broccoli along with WonTon soup and Egg Drop soup. People were friendly and the food was fresh and well prepared. Always appreciate the open kitchen concept. Just a side note this location does not provide a dine-in option.

This has been a family favorite for as long as i can remember.i will never not recommend them! Food is always so good!

My go-to Chinese place when I’m back in town. Loved going here as a kid at the Station Mall and still love it to this day!

Very rude and after placing an order they then tell you they don’t delivery to the address! Without explanation then just hang up on you! Horrible horrible customer service!

The food was horrible. Tasteless and seemed like it was about to spoil. Honestly, even the bottle of soda l bought was dusty and flat! Avoid this place. The absolute worst in Altoona. I'm sorry to be so harsh but in good conscious l wouldn't want anyone to waste their money here.

First time trying this place, and we will not be giving it a second chance. The sweet and sour sauce was not sauce it was a clump of goo. Also the sauce tasted like nothing. Very disappointed

I have ordered from this place previously and know what to expect when ordering the food I had ordered. I ordered Shrimp lo me in tone spicy, beef and Chinese vegetables spicy, shrimp egg rolls, and hot and sour soup.
Well Shrimp lo me in is entirely toooooo sweet no spicy, the Beef and Chinese vegetables consisted of celery and mushroom with beef, and shrimp egg rolls were almost burnt.
Called to express my dissatisfaction all I got out was what was wrong and the lady whom answered phone took my order, she very rudely answered abruptly THATS THE WAY WE MAKE IT, if you don’t like it order from somewhere else and Hung up on me!

Believe me that won’t be a problem. With all the problems with small businesses being hit hard with COVID, you order food from such places and this was the treatment given! So very very very disappointed hingry and now angered
Save your money or order from some other place as you will be just throwing money in the garbage

First time eating Eastern Express in close to 10 years. Definitely will not be that long again. The food was fresh and delicious!

Delicious and very well priced for the large portions. The gentleman working was very nice as well.

Really good place to eat if you're a shy eater. Very good service and the food is the best. Also for around 5 dollars you get a nice portion of food that tastes just amazing.

This was our first visit. The staff were very friendl, my husband stated General Tso best he had in long time: Crispy outside and good sauce. My Hunan shrimp had just amount of spice, shrimp large and plentifull. We will be back.
