They would not sell me flex duct because of the low quantity and I was not a customer with an account. Just because I don't have an account doesn't mean I don't purchase from you. I found another local company that was more than happy to sell to me and guess what. They have a new customer. ME!

They don't honor factory warranties! Had to contact the manufacturer myself! Multiple emails still waiting for the warranty to be honored! Because it's still under warranty!
