Farm Eastland Alpacas reviews
11Nicest people to show us their farm and allow us to pet and feed alpacas! Their store is really cool as well.
Eastland Alpacas claims to care for animals, yet they allow the abuse and neglect of cats to occur on their property. They've turned down all offers of help from multiple cat rescuers, up to and including rescuers being willing to come onto the property to remove the cats.
How ironic that a farm that houses "quality" alpacas readily turns a blind eye to the needless suffering happening right beneath their noses.
You should patronize this business only if you support cat abuse and cat neglect.
The attached photograph is of one of the many suffering cats found on the property of Eastland Alpacas.
I am very sad to hear of this situation. And apparently this has been going on for a long time. Those poor cats and kittens that are suffering. My question is if you were offered free help why would you refuse? I know I'll never go here again.
Owners desperately need to take care of the cats on property. They need to be TNRed and receive medical attention, as many of them appear to have upper respiratory infections and eye issues. Nobody wants to bring their family to a farm and see neglected animals. Please help these poor sick cats, there are rescues and organizations that can assist with trapping to get them spayed/neutered and desperately needed medical attention.
I would like to leave no stars, but that is not an option. Recently visited with young children, lots of sick cats running around the property. Please take care of them and get them to help that they need. They are also living creatures just like your alpacas. Unfortunately I won’t be back.
I hope this place gets the cats the help that they need or accepts help from the organization. It’s not ok to let any animal suffer.
I also find it odd that people like Mike Buller leave reviews that they copy previous reviews. Strange flex Mike….
I took my grandson to see the Alpacas. After seeing multiple sick cats and the number of cats roaming. It left me wondering if they care for the Alpacas this way. We had to leave I was afraid to bring something contagious home to our animals.
Please reach out and get TNR done and get the sick ones vet care.
Will never go here again! Being a animal oriented business why are animals neglected? Why would you not accept the help offered and leave animals suffer? Makes no sense to me seems more about profit then whole hearted care for animals.
So many sick and neglected cats and kitten at this property. And the owners have had numerous rescue organizations reach out to offer assistance but they refuse help and instead want to see the cats continue to suffer and die. Absolute ignorance for this day and age with what resources are so readily available especially when rescuers have already offered them help. I can only imagine how they treat the alpacas and other animals on their property.
Extremely disheartening that the owners of this business would deny assistance with the multitude of sick cats and kittens on their property.
So sad to see sickly kittens outright neglected medical care. Hopefully they take better care of their alpacas.
