I like the new sign in feature. I always enjoy my visits there because I get to visit my Dad. I stay about 4 hours. We talk and laugh the whole time. My Mom was there also before she passed. She was happy there and so is Dad.

Terrible facility. The staff either doesn’t answer the phone, or hangs up on you. My mother in-law called and wasn’t making sense, when we showed up at the facility we were treated extremely unprofessionally. We had to call the ambulance because they refused to take action and there was no medication list provided. We waited at this facility for around two hours for the medication list before we had the police called on us by one of the nurses with allegations of “harassment” and “assault”, when all we wanted was REQUIRED paperwork. When we finally got to the hospital we found out that my mother in-law had sepsis caused by an untreated UTI. I will never suggest this place, even to my worst enemy.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Apparently it doesn't provide a break room for their employees since they break at the front desk and blatantly ignore patients and patients families. They employ and defend people that are rude to families and rough with patients. The lady we dealt with didn't have the common decency to pull tge curtain to give privacy to her patient to check him instead exposed him to the family and world. Idk if its all employees or just the lady we dealt with and her supervisor but I get the impression from these two individuals that are cold, rude, inconsiderate and don't care about there patients at all. There's a reason people try to escape from this place. If you care about your ailing elderly DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE
EDIT: After reading other reviews it seems they only care if they have prospects of making it out of the facility. If they are in there final days they will be miserable.

Easton Skilled Nursing has always been helpful and welcoming to us, for our ministry there. Paula, at the front desk, helpful & kind, the Activities Dept, providing us with lists of people to be visited, & the nursing staff & aides in general, all work together as a team.

Pleasant atmosphere and the nursing staff are awesome persons. Relationships are built on respect, team work and unity. The administrator is a magician, why? Simple she leads by example. Professional and caring as her door is always open to address the concerns of her staff and patients, which is a rare quality in most care facilities.

Could not give a zero, so I begrudgingly gave a 1. Run away and run away fast. Genesis is now running this place. Most if not all CNA's on 2nd and 3rd shift are agency and they either dont care or just plain incompetent. Consider yourself lucky if your CNA is regular staff that has not jumped ship. Docs are over worked and just don't understand how to prescribe meds. If you ring your call bell, better bring a book. There were 2 instances recently that it took 2 hours for them to be answered. There are to many issues to list here. This place seems to be sinking faster than the Titanic. DO YOUR RESEARCH, THEN RUN AWAY!

The employees are very polite and they have a lot of responsibility taking care of the residents there, so kudos to all of them.

Overall I was pleased with the care my wife received. She was in rehab for 3 weeks. I found that the staff mostly was attentive to her needs. They are however somewhat understaffed.

My mom had chest pain and wants call home. No one help her. Now she needs pull her up. 2 black nurses complant my mom keep roll down. She sit up and wants lay down. They not listen. 3/25: I and my sister only use female restroom and didn't put paper towel in toilet. Someone said that we put paper towel. Try not use in this place restroom.

A family member was recently admitted to, and is currently discharged from, Old Orchard rehabilitation center. I was extremely impressed with the social worker Ashley who went above and beyond to help us with everything including driving a walker, that I had forgotten in my father‘s room, to the memory care facility where he resides. She was very sweet and extremely helpful. I cannot say enough good things about her. Also because of his condition he had one on one services each day and every single one of those girls treated him with kindness and patience. I would especially like to mention Kia, Alicia, Diana, Shante and Diamond. I am so thankful to everyone for getting him up and moving again and giving him back some of the few freedoms he still has left.

I cannot be happy enough with my life here at Manor Care Easton. The food is good, the staff is wonderful, especially Jenea, and the 3 ladies in the activities department. It feels good to have these great and caring people in charge of my health and welfare. Thank you all, John Pugliese

Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. I called to check on a family member, they hung up on me 3 times. Very rude.

My father is a resident of the Promedica in Easton. I am posting photos of the inside of his room with water stains on the ceiling, drywall cracks, and peeling wall paper. The furniture is old and falling apart. The condition of the room is deplorable, depressing and unacceptable. What has Promedica done since they took over to remedy this? Expend funds to put up fancy signs outside and in the hallways which means absolutely nothing to the people that live there. This demonstrates how Promedica prioritizes their patient’s standard of living. However, it also just scratches the surface of the problems with this place. Two years into covid and they consistently blame their problems on understaffing due to Covid - which is completely unacceptable at this time. Issues are brought to the attention of the administrator and despite reassurances that action will be taken, the same problems come up over and over again. There are unacceptable mistakes made confusing patients, “medical orders” are blatantly ignored and basic human needs like WATER and BATHING are down right optional to these people. As expressed by other reviewers there are frequent issues getting someone to answer the phone (this has also been brought to the attention of the administrator without recourse countless times with varying different excuses). I am truly ashamed that my father Iives at this establishment and I would urge anyone considering this place to explore other options for their family member - don’t be fooled by the fancy signs. Also, don’t bother giving me the canned response with a phone number and email address claiming you care - you people know exactly how to reach me.

Due to the fact that they are understaffed they always have agency aides in. Subsequently someone tested positive now I have to endure the lack of oxygen and humiliation of wearing an n95 mask and of all things, a face shield. My wife and I already had the virus. I have been visiting daily for a long time. Why is today different than the other day? I also feel very unwelcome coming in here. It's a battle getting past 2of the 3 secretaries. Starting to make me question my sanity for coming in here daily. Just a sham.

So far terrible experience. My grandfather… He has complained that sometimes it takes 2 hours to get a glass of water. When we call to talk to him, or for updates, the phone just rings and rings. It’s hard enough with Covid protocols and that he’s so far away- now hearing this.

This place is a mess. They don't clean regularly. The bathroom in my relatives room looked like it had not been cleaned in several weeks and there was a pill on the floor. Two bags of soiled undergarments were left in the bathroom for a couple days. Should be cleaned at least once a day. The nurses are inattentive to the patients. Our nurse didn't answer the call button in over 10 minutes and I found her at the nurses station on Facebook on her cell phone. When I was walking down the long hallway to her room, there were three patients screaming for the help from the nurse, with no reply or action. I stopped to see if the nurses would help but they ignored me and continued their chat. They don't have any urgency with helping patients. Got our relative transferred to another facility as quickly as possible. Stay away from this facility.
