Eat'n Park

Eat’n Park is a casual regional restaurant chain, and at this location in Hampton, the service was good, but the food should have been better. Our waitress was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. I did not enjoy the taste of my meatloaf. My husband’s Philly cheesesteak sandwich and root-beer float tasted better.

Service was slow.

I was driving through from Baltimore to Cleveland. We don’t have these in north east Ohio. I stopped because I love their Italian dressing.

Though service was slow, my server was friendly and made me a cup of lemon water for the road when I told her I still had 3 hours till home.

Best breakfast place around! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. You can’t beat the strawberry waffle with whipped cream. I also love the all you and eat soup and salad bar!

The servers last words to all customers should be "thank you" and "we hope to see you come back again" that is proper business etiquette.

Spent $70+ on take out. Just to have food missing and food still cold. Won't be ordering from this location again.

Fast service, more people can be seated now with the dividers up. Hope their business increases.

Missed going there. The virus is hurting them especially the salad bar stopped. Still service and food still good.

Had Nat in my food, plus the food was a little dry! The reason this gets 3 stars is for really nice staff! Super nice and instantly took the food back to get it remade

It would have been nice if a girl standing behind the counter I would have offered to open up the door for a person in a wheelchair all she said was goodbye

Great food for the price and is very affordable when bringing kids. However, the food can be a little bit overcooked, but this circumstance is rare in my case.

I have gone here since i first moved out here for brunch on Sundays with my wife. Breakfast has always been good. I’ve had dinner here twice and was disappointed by how it was prepared. How the manager at the time handled the one instance in particular made me quite disappointed.the chicken i was served was raw and cold. I requested a BLT instead since i couldn’t stomach eating anything that had potential of giving me food poisoning.after witnessing a table of folks complaining that they had waited for their order for over 40 minutes and had to leave for an event. 15 minutes later. “sorry about your chicken dude” as the plate was plopped in front of me unannounced by the manager. I haven’t been back since.

It was terrible. I don't think they had a cook to night. We waited over a half hour for our order, and the place was empty. We ordered French toast sticks, they brought regular French toast and it was burnt. This was two kids menus. So sad. Won't be back.

As a vegan all I can say is at least they are trying by having the veggie burger on the menu. It's needs a lot of help though. I found if I get mushrooms and onions it's more tolerable. The fries often suffer from that horrible freezer burn taste but ketchup fixes that. Not great but at least I can go there with my non vegan friend and family.

I wish they would not have gotten rid of the grilled veggie farmers salad.it was AMAZING! Now all the salads they have are not vegan friendly.: - (

Very nice place to go for any kind of food's you want to eat. People are very nice there and polite to you. Very clean.

Delicious food but waitress wasn't very attentive, rarely seen to attend to drinks. Hostess was pleasant and sweet.

Good food, but terrible service. Took 45 minutes to get our food, and it was the wrong thing in general so had to send it back and wait again for new food. Waitress was not very attentive, and it wasn't even that busy of a night either. I grew up in this eat n park and it used to be a lot better, but to me, it is declining with the service and the portions are getting smaller and bigger in price. To me it's really not worth going back to this location til the service is really improved.

Our waitress (dreds) was nice but right from when she asked us our drinks her breath about made me pass out. Death breath! With the dreds and breath it didn't really give me the confidence that the woman bringing my food was clean.

We had lunch today, and the service was fast and friendly. However, I had a turkey club sandwich with rotten tomatoes in it. This location seems not to care very much what they serve their customers. I guess any old slop will do.

Update: I was contacted by Becky, the manager, who apologized for the rotten tomatoes. She said she would address the problem with the kitchen staff. She also offered to replace my meal by mailing me a gift card.
