Eat'n Park

Is 2023 people should not be discriminated because of their language. As far as I know the US of A don't have an official language and this is also the land of the free. Disgusting of the waitress.

A server mistreated one lady that was there just minding her business and calling her mother, speaking Spanish. The waitress asked her to shut up and brought her the check. That is racist. I hope the management of that place takes proper actions.

The waitress kept trying to fix the raspberry ice tea problem. At the end she took forever to ask about dessert.

All around better than ever. Couldn't ask for any better service or food. I ate there five days.

Loved the food, amazing server. I do hope her hip feels better soon. Will be earing here again

It has been a few years since I have been to an Eat'n Park on upper Peach Street, Erie, Pa. Now, I remember why. The Hostess was very professional. Wish, I could remember her name. When, I received my Ham dinner most of it was cold. First the slices apple on the ham was hotter than the rest of the meal. The Mashed potatoes luke warm, the gravy was cold. The Broccoli was cold. Oh, the coffee was hot. Thank goodness.

I know when I go here that my food will taste as expected. Very consistent taste and service.

I love their food at eat'n park! I am from Canada, but we always come to America just for eat'n park!

Went at brunch on a Sunday the buffet did not look great so we ordered off the menu.the waitress was super nice and food wasn’t to shabby.

I never leave reviews, especially bad ones but it is definitely deserved. Our waitress, Lalana, was seemingly untrained and very unprofessional. Her service was quite embarrassing. We had to ask for napkins 4 times before we got them and for a box 3 times. She spilled multiple things as well. Not a single table was bussed while we were there so the establishment was not very appealing. Nor did a single employee look pleased to be there or even smile.

Fresh food with great variety on menu. Love the salad bar too. Love the prints of Erie on walls too and wonder who did them. Always great service and clean

Breakfast was great, perfectly prepared and served piping hot. Over-easy eggs done just right with runny yolks and solid, tender whites. Bacon was crisp but melted in the mouth.

We went at 9pm. Service great, food great, not crowded. I had the zucchini lasagna that i always wanted to try and it was awesome my husband had the mile high meatloaf that he tried for the first time and he liked it

Tried to get salad bar 7pm on a Monday night one adult one child. Even though it appeared nearly empty in parking lot we were told 15 minutes to get a table. Ok. Looking in only a handful of tables occupied but maybe short staffed so we wait. A group of 3 people came in refused to wait given the emptiness of the place they left. A waitress seemed confused and said she could have taken them. Lost tips for no reason. We were then told it would be another 10-15 min wait. Manager too busy to come talk to us. I checked, the salad bar was adequately stocked. Its self serve for goodness sakes! So we left AND WONT BE BACK!

I always come for the salad bar. The lettuce didn't seem as fresh as I would expect. There was a lot of browning parts. The service was quick. The atmosphere left something to be desired. There were lots of spills that weren't taken care of and tables left unbussed. I also heard a staff member in the restroom leave without washing their hands. Not as clean as it used to be for sure.

Was denied salad bar-it was closed down two hours earlier than the restaurant. There was a bug on my napkin. Floor is dirty. Waitress was amiable but took FOREVER to bring bill.
It’s ok though. There are plenty of other restaurants.

I am on the way to a wrestling show the service is very poor at best and it very long to get refills on drinks, to get our food and check. The we are going to be late for the wrestling show at this rate. The waitress is young and rude.

Went for the salad bar but they had their brunch bar going on. Food was very salty. Won't be going back. The service was very good. Our waitress was very nice.

It was alright they have a decent lil salad bar, good services and there chicken fried steak was good
