I drove six hours each way to pick up my ATV from them. From the initial discussion with Brian Kunkle over the phone to taking delivery in person, this is a top class operation. You see, the dealers around me want to charge me 2k in BS fees to buy my dream ATV from them. Not here. There was no BS. No hidden junk. Just a pleasant experience with exceptional people. I'd like to say I'd go to my local dealer next time (and support my local business), but frankly, no. I am just going here. I prefer to reward businesses whom have integrity and take great care of their customers. Thank you all so much!

Jordan was a super super welcoming and excited dude to deal with in my visit. Showed great care and enthusiasm for my Suzuki Intruder when I brought it in to him. Handled everything professionally and meticulously all with a genuine good attitude.

Let me start off by saying this. You can spend hours reading other peoples reviews of dealers and make your decision based on their bad or good experience with that dealer, but keep this in mind when you do. Everyone is entitled to have a bad day and nobody has full control over everything. Problems will arise and mistakes will happen, its up to you what the outcome is. I made the trip from VA to buy from this dealer, and had some warranty issues with my purchase, it took a few weeks to work things out between them, Yamaha and myself but the end result was worth being patient for. All I can say is I like the crew here and I believe they care about their customers. Lets be honest, all dealers have to make money or else they will go out of business. Keep an open mind, and stay safe!

9/10/2020 - I had been looking for a clean used dual sport for riding around the Pittsburgh area, with some use on trails. Last week I saw that Ebensburg Yahama had the model I was looking for, the bike was a 2019 with 432 miles.
I called and spoke with Brian Kunkle. In the first 2 minutes of the call, Brian assured that he would hold the bike for me. I was pleasantly surprised. Brian is an excellent listener, and he explained the condition of the bike, and why it was for sale. (a 78 year old man bought it, and then decided he did not want to ride any longer).
I wish to compliment Brian for his tremendous service, for holding the bike for me, and for the excellent communication.
I picked the bike up today, and the transaction was efficient and seamless.
The dealership was very busy when I was there today, with customers of all ages, including a 75 year old couple buying quads.
I would highly recommend Ebensburg Yamaha to anyone looking for motorsports.

Bought a bike from them and it was put in the shop the very next day. The employees have very little experience with motorcycles. Will definitely go elsewhere next time.

So, I needed breaks for my Side by side, called to get a price they told me they didn't have the front in stock at the moment only the rear breaks. OK that was fine, I paid for everything over the phone. They guy that was ordering told me that they would be in the next day which was a Wednesday or Thursday. I called on Friday when I still had not received a call to let me know they were in. They said that they would be in that afternoon and they never did call. My Fiance stopped in today (The following Monday) to see if they were in and they were still not in. They told him they were to be in today. Well they are not so he just asked for our money back since we were told they would be in last Wednesday or Thursday. They told us they can't do that. And cant tell us for sure when they will even be in. So I have now paid for breaks that I don't even know when I will get them.

*Update on This Situation. Today (Tuesday) I was able to talk with Shane who over sees everything and he was very polite and understanding with me. We were able to work things out and I should have my breaks within the next 2 days. If needing to purchase anything from here definitely deal with Shane. I will update and change rating once I have actually received my breaks.

Had a good buying experience with Liz E. The sales rep. The friendly parts boy Evan helped me get the add ons that I wanted as well. This is by far the best place to go for on and off road toys!

Customer Service is not that well. Martin Marine a few miles down the road is the better of the two.

We needed a master link (for a motorcycle) pressed togeather and although they were closing when we got there, they agreed to do it.

Shane took good care of me and I had a great buying experience. Best place to buy a bike or ATV!

Great place, sales and service department are great, fair prices don't over charge like the rest do
