3Run away. They lied. Get you to commit, then care and food quality plummeted. Shameful. You can tell all the 5 star reviews are marketing, employees, or a few visitors. Heck one is for an antique shop with pictures of the shop, obviously not Echo Lake. Echo Lake took credit. It's laughable unless you live there.
Trying to get a hold of someone to evaluate my father for increased level of care. Left multiple messages. Can’t get a call back. What a disgrace.
My tune has changed. I'm updating my review because I have seen a tremendous improvement since Mindy has come on board. She has communicated with me regularly and helped get the proper care plan in place for my father. She truly cares about her residents. Specifically, she took the time to get my Dad looking amazing for the holiday party which made him very happy. Great job Echo Lake, hiring Mindy was a great decision.
Its beautiful and everyone is friendly the residents and the workers. Am going to work there.
