The staff was really nice but they soaked, drilled, and filed my nails for so long that they are super brittle and hurt to the touch. I liked the work they did and they had a nice selection of colors but it took 3 hours for what is usually an hour long appointment and ended up really damaging my nails. I’ve been growing them out for a while and love having natural nails so I am disappointed that they now had to be cut all the way down to prevent further issues. My roommate had the same issue with damaged nails. If they did not soak or drill as hard as they did it would have been a better experience.

Echo nails is my go to in the Manayunk area. They give a great manicure leaving my hands fresh and clean. The women there are also very friendly and efficient!

So welcoming and quick service to match! They got me in and out in just about an hour for my special acrylic full set design manicure AND my 7 year old for his mani.

They are very rude people they hung up the phone on me when I tried to make an appointment

I’ve been going to Echo Nails for over 6 months and always have a great experience! I always call ahead to make an appointment, and have never had to wait. Their pedicures are affordable, relaxing and the hot stones are a huge plus. I’ve also gotten multiple gel manicures and they do a fantastic job! The techs always shape my nails how I ask and the gel polish lasts over 2 weeks. I’ve tried various different salons in the area and this is my favorite!

Went there for a french gel manicure and they did a really good job, they were so nice and professional. I’m definitely going back! Totally recommended.

I will never go back to this place, 3 days after I received services, mani dip and pedi, my nails started cracking and chipping just from doing normal activities. I went back to fix them and owner told me she didn’t charge me right the first time and told me I needed to pay the remaining balance even though it was their mistake. Don’t waste your time here

Grabbed a last minute appointment after our usual place flaked out. So happy we did. It’s clean with amazing staff who did a beautiful job on our nails, and took gentle care of my elderly mother who has diabetes.

I had a great experience getting a specific design done. My nail tech was very design oriented and they turned out amazing.

Update, two days later the gel came right off, I’ve never seen anything like this.

I went there to take my gel manicure off and do a regular manicure after. I had a really thick layer of gel so in order to take it off it had to be filed with electric filler before soaking in. They refused to use electric filler on me because they said they only had one and they were keep trying to soak my gel without filling them. I tried to tell them it wont work so I waisted 30 sitting there and waiting for them to do something. It caused a big drama that I really tried to avoid and I ended up leaving with my nails half soaked off and going to other nail saloon when they have more electric fillers…. Don’t recommend

My friend and I went here today and have nothing but good things to say. We did not feel rushed and the techs took their time on our manicures and pedicures. We will definitely be back!
