ecoFINISH Coatings, Warminster PA

After much consideration and research about ecofinish I spent a considerable amount of money for a finish that nothing would stick to. Wrong.calcium in the water turned the finish into a nightmare. Call customer service at corporate I was met with a real attitude as to say not our problem. No help, no solutions. I have owned many companies and have kept my Customer service people in the attitude to make the customer happy at all cost. Certainly not in this case. $7,500.00 down the drain. They referred me to my original Installer to which they put out of business.then the new installer takes no responsibility. This has been and is a Bad situation.would not recommend this product/company to anyone. I just read the response.from the company. I dont think they read the part about there is no one to help me! New contractor has no time and gave me a bid of 15,000 to 20,000 to re coat the pool. They fired to old contractor. Basically I am screwed. I plan on oputting a liner in and forget the eco finish even exist. This is so sad not standing behind their expensive product. You would think that after a year the company Ecofinish would have some helpful answers. Not so far. I have done all the have suggested and nothing works.and so far the company has been no help. Very disappointed in the company for not standing behind their product!

Our Ecofinsh project is cracking and peeling. Complete mess. Although ecofinsh might seem like a good alternative and save a bit of money and time. I would pay a bit more and go with what’s been proven over time. If ecofinsh fails and they don’t help you out, your likely out of options other than tear it down and start again. Like I am having to do.

Less than 1 year after installation, project completely falling apart.

I wish a rep would come to my home to view all the concerns and problems.
Financial disaster; only option seems to be to pull apart and completely replace with different product.worst home improvement experience I’ve had.

Amazing! My mom had hers done in ca in 2018 and it is amazing algae comes right off and calcium does not hold on. It is a deep color water we love the feel on our feet! The before is the light green ugly water after is deep blue!

We install their product and it’s amazing! Great support from the factory!

We had ECO Finish installed in our fiberglass pool in Bonita Springs FL over a year ago. It still looks like new and the pool maintenance company says it is very easy to care for. Very happy with our decision to go with this product.

Properly-applied, by a well-trained certified installer the outcome is excellent. If you need to replaster your pool, it's a great choice. For new pools, it's an added expense but we'll worth the investment for long-term value and lower maintenance.
