I can always find something for the family. Good quality and comfortable clothes, shoes, coats, hats, gloves and undergarments.

It's quite big on the second floor. The selection is split down the middle with Women's Clothes on the left and Men's on the right

Didn't really intend to go to this store, but went in on a whim. Surprisingly good selection, quality is good, and prices are in line with similar stores. Positive experience.

Don't try to do a warranty exchange here on your "guaranteed for life" items, they'll spit in your face and literally tell you to try a different store with a different manager.

I think it is best store for duck down jackets.especially.now a days black friday and near xmas.you find 50% discount.

Love shopping here. I'm honestly obsessed with the greenpoint button up shirts their made out of a silk like material that doesn't wrinkle. I personally hate ironing. Other than that they have cool stuff from clothes to jackets to camping supply's and it's all decently priced. Staff is friendly and actually knows the products as well.

I was very happy with Anthony’s service. He helped me return an old defective down parka under warranty and exchange it for a new vegan version. He calculated the partial refund and current sales so that I owed nothing. I am very satisfied with my experience at this store.

Friendly staff and decent prices for the KOP mall, they do tend to have great sales at the end of the season (60% off).

We had 2 jackets that had to be replaces and the lady that helped us was extremely helpful and courteous. She didnt have any problem showing us around and guiding us to get our products replaced.

The store smelt like fries! It's a strong smell too! They have to get that sorted out
