Awful customer service. The man I spoke to was rude right off the bat so I happily took my business elsewhere.
What a horrible experience with this company. I paid extra money to have my stone and sand delivered in a certain way. I needed the sand last as I have limited space to put product. 2 times they tried to deliver the sand 1st.the second time I figured why bother to get them to try and get it right. When I called to get my $55 delivery refund Al denied I paid for the delivery to happen that way. Al said I wasn't letting him explain but his explanation was not what I bought, he then hung up on me. I have to agree with other posts about the poor customer service. Hope they deliver the rest of my stone.shop elsewhere buyer beware
Staff was very helpful answering our questions about using ep Henry pavers for our patio. They also had a nice display of ep Henry pavers for us to walk through.
