Our server Sammi was amazing! The food was incredible. Between cocktails, appetizers, and our main entree everything was perfect The desserts looked great too but we were too full to eat anything more ;)

Always a friendly sophisticated place for a quiet dinner with my wife or a gathering with friends. Great food and fantastic wait staff. We particularly enjoy Jonathon.

I took my daughter to dinner for her birthday. The food was amazing. Our waitress was on point & very courteous. I will definitely go back. The only suggestion is that off-street parking should be Free!

We always enjoy a special meal here together with friends and family. Portions definitely have gotten smaller and prices have increased but that’s every where. At least meals are consistently good regardless of price increase and portion decrease.
Our server this evening is Sammi and she was fabulous! She was very attentive even though she had a large table of what looked to be at least 15 people and a few other tables besides us. We have already booked our next visit at The Edge for December and requested Sammi as our server.

I had a great dinner with my wife here. The entertainment was great as well. The gentleman who went from table was a wonderful added bonus. (Sorry, I forget his name or I'd add it!) I definitely recommend going on a night he's available for a great experience. And yes, the food was amazing as well. I had a Caesar salad; it was great!

Was just there a few days ago and everything was great. Our waitress offered lots of recommendations and the food and service were fantastic. By a stroke of luck we were there while Jesse the mentalist was going table to table performing tricks! It was so fun!

Great food, atmosphere, and service. Duck was very tender and juicy, crab cakes were cooked perfectly and the remolaude sauce was tasty. Loved the tartar and cole slaw. Service was outstanding, attentive, but not overbearing.

We stopped in here for drinks and appetizers and everything was excellent! We loved the burrata toast and highly recommend it. The food and drinks are all excellent and the staff was friendly and attentive.

My fiancé and I have been coming to Edge since we first met over 8 years ago. We consistently have a great experience and the food is always awesome. Definitely one of our favorite places to celebrate a special occasion.

Where do I even begin? Genuinely, The Edge is one of my favorite places to have a meal. I absolutely adore the environment, the staff, the location, and even the pricing is perfect for the food on the menu. I’ve had the pleasure of eating here over a handful of times, and every time has been worthwhile. Recently, I dined here with my boyfriend on our 4 year anniversary. The staff was absolutely incredible. From the minute we checked in at the host stand we were greeted by the most lovely staff members and felt surrounded by such a positive, and welcoming staff. The food is always top tier, and I’m never disappointed in what I end up ordering. It’s just that good. Everything about this place is ideal. To me personally, it’s definitely the best place to enjoy not only a delicious, beautifully crafted meal, but also a fantastic dining experience and overall ambiance in Bethlehem.

Beutiful place in the heart of the bethlehem city. Great upscaled food that combines traditional and modern touches. The vibes and atmoshpere are great at this place and the appetizers with twists are just amazing. Good job

Service is an 11/10 - staff goes above and beyond, real cool people working there. Highly recommend the cinnamon roasted cauliflower but wear a belt because it will blow your pants off Entrees are enough for two

Went during summer restaurant week and loved every dish I got! Service was excellent, waitstaff was attentive and caring.

Had a lunch with my wife and a friend; the service and food were second to none. Our waiter, Yonas was amazing! His personality, kindness and knowledge of the menu made our experience!

We came here to celebrate my daughter's birthday on June 12. We didn't have time to look for restaurant and my daughter found Edge. The food was great great, service and excellent atmosphere. We ordered dessert and told the waitress to put a little candle coz it's my daughter's birthday. To our surprise, the waitress said dessert is on the house. Amazing! Totally recommend Edge!

This place is not the best. I paid 24$ for a Cesar salad when every other salad cost $17. The salad brought chicken and it was seasoned with salt and pepper that’s all. 2/5 do not recommend. PERIOD POOO PS. The staff was actually really nice.
