These other reviews scared us from going. We are definitely glad we went.

We went there in Sunday afternoon and had our pick of machines. The places did have some dirt, but an attendant was there the entire time cleaning.

We will be back.

I do wish there Someone could sweep the place like it midnight there so much debris on the floor and just a complete mass it's a shame that the customers don't clean up after themselves you have given us a convenience of a 24 hour laundromat which is so wonderful and yet people can't even keep it clean

I love this place & the fact I'm able to do a lil shopping in the plaza while I wait for my clothes.

Since coming into new management, our always appears to be dirty. Needs an attendant at all times.

To be clear, the problem is not the washers and dryers its the owner who is extremely rude. I've read several reviews where customers gave respectful feedback of their experiences and his response was referring to them as pigs and telling them to "take your business elsewhere but good luck trying to find a store I don't own in the area. "
I lost a $10 bill in the coin machine. I spoke to him and was appalled by his ignorance and refusal to reimburse me. I'm sure if he ripped me off he's done it to others.

I'm super confused by the poor reviews. I almost didnt come because of them but I'm glad I did. I don't know what people expect but this place is well lit, plenty of parking, multiple change machines, snacks, A BATHROOM, seating, tvs, and sundries for laundry. Is it a little messy? Yes.a few leaves got tracked in and some loose socks but I don't plan on eating off the floor. If you want a safe place to get your laundry done.this is it.

They've gone really far downhill since they took out the dry cleaning services/actual human staff. Location is often dirty, especially the bathroom. A lot of machines are often out of service.

New owners no longer have anyone onsite. Water running on floor for multiple days and not cleaned up. All change machines broken at same time an takes hours for own to respond. When he arrived, was not responsive to multiple customers complaints. Attempted to talk down to customers as if they were not intelligent enough to understand their own needs. Such a disappointment because the former owners were very responsive and professional at all times

Convenience but relatively small neighborhood laundry service. Recently changed to open 24 hours service.
However, this is a clean facility establishment.

Disgusting floors with puddles of muck and dirt everywhere (it you accidentally drop an article of clothing, you’ll want to wash it again), the one table they have is always sticky and nasty. Had to literally cover it with newspaper before I felt comfortable putting my books down. The bathroom resembles a rest stop and I gagged the entire time I was in there. And I have yet to see an employee managing the place and I’ve been here multiple time. Only giving two stars because it’s open 24 hours. Absolutely disgusting

I have been using this laundromat for SEVERAL years. Before the prior owner sold his laundromats to this new owner it use to be very nice. The 24hour openings are nice however it is not property staffed nor kept properly clean. I have seen many other 24hour laundromats that are well kept. The floors are filthy, trash everywhere and this morning all the quarter machines were out. Not to mention the new owner has been leaving rude comments. An owner who actually cares about his business would be helpful to this laundromat. After this morning this will hopefully be the last time I go to this 1. Since the owner has been responding to people’s comments what other laundromats do you own?

The owner is not nice at all but the opposite of nice, when replying to one star reviews, he is calling people pigs, please respect people and do not call your customers who put food on your table pigs.

This place used to be really good. Since new mgmt the place is more dirty than clean. It used to be clean all the time. Now it's mostly dirty and many of the machines don't work. The only upside is its now 24 hours, but I would encourage new owner to have someone there most of the day to help keep the place clean!

The laundromat use to be clean but once the new management tool or it wasn't as clean as b4. Plus there wasn't a human to talk to in case the machine broke

Customer service is very important. The night shift worker was very rude to me for no apparent reason. Laundromat however is very spacious and clean.

I really like this place, full service dry cleaning, fold and wash of clothes, also snacks, coffee. It's a nice place gets a lil packed but it's ok

A little more expensive than Regent Square, but the facility is nice and big, there are numerous washers, dryers, and folding tables. There are always friendly faces, the vending machines are cheap, AND they provide full-service, including a drive-through.

I've been going here for over a year. Last night, I washed 2 large loads of laundry. After I ran them through the dryer, I noticed that there was an awful smell on every piece of clothing. They refused to let me re-wash my clothes and now I'm out $20. They obviously have an issue with their machines and they refuse to claim responsibility. They just lost a long-time customer. Avoid at all costs.

This is the best laundromat I've found on this side of town. There is always at least one attendant on duty and I've found them to be attentive and helpful. It's always pretty clean and I love the fact that they don't bother having those "one load" dryers. Most clothes dry in about 45 minutes on the lowest setting. Beware: Sunday is the busiest day.

Only went once, with a friend who is a regular she knew everyone! Seems decent, offer necessities off you forget. Most importantly, my clothes were clean and dry, and smelled nice! No issues here went late, so want able to ask if they owned the other location I DID have a problem with.oh well.
