Ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement 3 days prior to Mother’s Day for delivery that Sunday.two days after Mother’s Day it still has not been delivered and no contact from the store. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE

Wow, had I read the reviews first I would not have ordered, but I didn’t and I ordered. I ordered same day service and my order was delivered that day, and the presentation as well as the product was very good. I will order again and pray for the same result. Thank you EA. You made my 13 year old granddaughter very happy and she felt special receiving an order at our door just for her on her bd. Peace. ️

Ordered same day delivery for a fruit tray for my girlfriend to celebrate our anniversary. I had them set to be delivered to her work. I called the store after placing the order to let them know I would need it there by 1 o'clock as she would be leaving by then and I wanted to see if that would be possible. The nice lady who answered told me that it would normally be a delivery period of 3PM-6PM but that she would see what she could do. She took my number incase if she thought they wouldn't be able to do it. I got a very excited text from girlfriend within an hour of making that call and that it was delivered! Well before 1PM. All around great service and I am so happy I chose this location!

The platter of dipped strawberries and pineapples I got was mediocre. The fruit itself was good. Gorgeous berries but it looked like a rush job. I am a perfectionist and my treats do NOT go out unless they are almost perfect in my eyes. They can pay a little more attention to detail and making things look beautiful. For what we spent you would think the platter would be a bit more eye catching.

My husband ordered me chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine’s Day and had them delivered to me at work. Immediately open opening the box it was evident that the strawberries were old and full of mold. Very obvious that these are either made far in advance and/or not checked prior to going out to their customer.

My husband called to share the concern with them and after some back and forth he was reimbursed for the strawberries but was told we still held the responsibility of delivery and the balloon.

Apparently this was not obvious to the store but I doubt my husband would have still paid for delivery for a balloon had he not ordered the moldy strawberries.

I order a Thank You package for someone's last day at work when we celebrated his retirement. I asked to be delivered by noon. The package not only was late, It got there at 3 PM when no one was there and the person left the office, but the balloon was saying "It's your Birthday! " instead of Thank you, as shown in the website. What a waste of my time, money and energy! I will NEVER ever order an overpriced edible arrangement ever again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. PLEASE TAKE HEED TO THE OTHER WARNINGS! I ordered something to be delivered on my sister’s birthday, 10/27. They delivered it on 10/6 (3 weeks early) and refused to give me a refund. They told me my options were to have the order picked up and delivered on the right date or to have something new delivered on the right date. The birthday surprise is already ruined at this point. This place is terrible and I will never order from them again.

I have used this service several times. Generally, the results have been very good. The fruit baskets with various dipped chocolate selections are excellent. This past Valentines Day I used them to deliver a small selection of dipped strawberries and cookies along with some balloons. I do not recommend this combination. The strawberries made the cookies wet and soggy and ruined the whole experience. I will keep using Edible Arrangements but I will stick to the fruit with dipped chocolate.

Received this as a mother's day gift. Not at all impressed. Primitive and child like creation. Way overpriced poor product. It's no wonder they have a 3.3 star rating. Save your money and take her our to a nice dinner.

Originally ordered online to pick up from a different location but was later notified that my order would be ready at another location due to the prior being shut down due to covid-19. Anyway I went to the second location and my order was ready and I was out the door. Visit was brief but fine. And most importantly the product looked great and was loved by my lady. Nice job EA!

I ordered the Delicious Daisy Dipped Strawberry and Pineapple arrangement for my kids anniversary. It was fresh and delicious! It came right on time! The whole family loved it! I will definitely order again!

They charge you Franchisee prices but give you dollar store mugs and containers for outrageously expensive priced Arrangements

I was so surprised to receive an edible arrangement today! It is delicious. I don’t think anyone else will get to taste it. Your driver was so kind and I wanted to thank him for delivering in this hot weather and doing such a great job. Thank you for such a beautiful and delicious arrangement!

Ordered for a new baby, for delivery instructions I added a phone number to call first, they never called, the delivery wasnt there by 330, I called and the lady called me back and said it would be there by 5. The office closed, and the delivery ended up coming at 7PM. Although the fruit was good, who knows how long the driver drive around with it. So unpleased with this place, delivery sucks

I called to check on the delivery of my order and was told it was going to be delivered in two hours, then got a call back from same store manager to say they wouldnt be delivered bc no one ever did the order, i paid for same day delivery and this was for a bday coupled with a parent passing the day before, she said she wouldnt send a driver to the same area twice and he had already been there and it would put his life in danger and the when i asked for store owner info she told me to find it myself and call corporate.never ever buy from here and the manager jen is completely incapable of running a store, i wouldnt trust to run a lemonade stand.
