Ordered a fruit platter for a neighbor who lost her father-in-law. I was very disappointed with the platter. It was very small for the price and not filled with enough fruit. I could easily see the bottom of the tray. I had to go to the grocery store and add more fruit! Ugh! This order was embarrassing and cost me more money and time.

Very attentive to my needs and very accommodating to my needs. Very pleased with thetwo items I purchased.

They were so helpful. Very nice. Made my moms birthday that much better. Thank you guys so much.

Cons: store always looks very empty. Item I ordered for 1 person came in 2 separate boxes. The cookies are utterly awful and taste as if frozen. They are the size of slightly bigger than a half dollar. The chocolate covered strawberries are sub par. Overall, the items are not worth the money. Not sure how 12 small cookies and 6 pieces of fruit woukd cost $30.

Customer service was horrible. When the driver delivered the arrangement to my daughter for her birthday, he pushed it through the screen door. He did not greet her say Hello or anything. He pretty much dropped and ran. Very rude. I called an discusses with their corporate office. Who wants to be treated poorly on their birthday. The manager from the Murrysville store did reach out to me and said she'd give us a box of chocolate covered strawberries for the trouble and I asked her to deliver to my daughter. Since she was more inconvenienced than I was. The store manager asked me for my email and said she would send me an email respond to it with the date and time I'd like form the strawberries to be delivered. I'm still waiting for the email. I did check my spam folder and I've received nothing. Also called the store as a reminder for the email to be sent. Still no email received

Stopped by on the way to pick our girls up from camp and wanted to get something for the nurses! The ladies were very helpful to put together an assortment box right at 9am for us. Thank you!

I had ordered a platter to be sent to my Aunts house for a funeral. Since it was an extremely hot day, I was a bit apprehensive about send chocolate dipped fruit but this is what I wanted. They said that the fruit was very refreshing and the sizes were small enough to enjoy more than one piece. Thank you for the timely delivery.

I was lil upset because my arragement was not able to to be ship out same day but Nate called explain it to me and he also made sure to throw in something for mistake was great customer service and had driver call me also as i had ask. I was very pleased cauae of Nate willb.going back again

First time I’ve received an edible arrangement personally and the experience was fantastic. From the delivery of the arrangement, to the presentation, and indulging in the delicious strawberries as well as my new favorite.the cheesecake! Murrysville Edible Arrangements provided a 5 star experience and pleased an avid chocolate fan!

I went online and read when orders had to be placed for same day delivery. It said by 3pm. I placed an order before 1pm for same day delivery and got a call that deliveries were done for the day and mine would be done the next day. I assumed mine would be done first thing in the morning since I had already paid for same day shipping. Nope. Was not delivered till almost 4pm the next day and the patient was already discharged from the hospital. Not only did they not verify that the patient was there, but I never got a phone call to set up an alternative delivery address. Very disappointing! Will not be placing another order and I was a returning customer.

I ordered an arrangement for same day delivery on 11/26 at 11: 00am. It wasn’t delivered by 4pm so I called the store. The woman I spoke to said it was out for delivery and will be there by 6pm. It was never delivered and now I am waiting for them to open so I can find out what happened. Not acceptable!
