TERRIBLE. My husband placed an order on Saturday morning and picked up at the time he selected and got to the location and the store was closed. He was charged and received a confirmation email. There was no sign on the door nor did he receive a call or email apologizing for the inconvenience. He then had to drive to 2 different edible arrangement locations. I’ve tried calling yesterday and today and the recording just keeps saying they are busy taking care of customers. No one is answering the phone. They probably aren’t even opened and didn’t update their voicemail system. This is unacceptable. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Best gift ideas that are thoughtful and creative! Staff was friendly and service is always accurate. I’ve only ever had to postpone my order once and that was during Christmas which is to be expected. Highly recommend this organization for your next gift idea

The order process was horrible. I selected a pickup time on the website and it turned out later that the store was closed at that time.
The site also said that I am eligible for a $10 discount (no exclusion) but when I put the code in at checkout, it said it is not accepted for the item I selected.
Customer support could not tell what items the code is actually eligible for and was not able to have me redeem it otherwise.
The actual arrangement was good. Therefore 3 stars.
