2I had my wisdom teeth surgery performed here years ago. I knew something was wrong after my surgery when I wasn’t able to open my mouth more than about an inch days after the surgery (along with other, more foul symptoms of an abscess that I won’t share here). I went back to Edmonds’ practice and was told by him that there nothing to worry about and to “keep putting heat on it”. I was concerned he wasn’t correct so I went to Pittsburgh Oral Surgery in Shadyside (shoutout these guys!), and got a second opinion. Within about 20 seconds of examining, the doctor told me there was a significant abscess that would quickly eat through my jaw if not drained, cleaned, and treated with antibiotics. So, yeah, Dr. Edmonds can’t admit fault and do what needs to be done (I’m not mad about the abscess itself, at all; I’m mad that he couldn’t admit this happened and needed to be treated immediately).
I can’t say enough good about my experience with Dr Edmonds and his entire staff. From the moment I walked into the office until I walked out it was nothing less than an excellent experience. Dr Edmonds is so cool and calm and before I even knew it the procedure was over! Highly recommend this office and Doctor!
