Good company, really friendly staff, we use them for our wood burner and they took care of my mother's house for us, chimney certification, we trust them.

Cannot say enough good things about E&E. I had them install a pellet stove in my previous house almost 10 years ago and was so happy with the service they provided that I chose to use them again in my new house even though I have another similar company right down the street. Everyone there is always pleasant and polite from the person who answers the phone to the installers. They are professional and always follow through. When they say they are going to do something, they do it and you do not have to worry about whether or not they are going to call you back or reply to an email. With energy prices on the rise do yourself a favor and get a heat source that uses renewable resources and burns clean and efficient. Bob and team will answer your questions and get you set up right.

'Tis the season to keep warm. We realized the benefit of adding a blower to the gas fireplace in this home. Living in New England, regardless of the additional heating source, fans/blowers are a must.
Not knowing the history of our current home's gas fireplace, having it cleaned and having a professional check all parts was added to the list.
Shari scheduled the first appointment with her professional & friendly voice. Though I had provided a picture of the model and serial number, their safety policy is to examine the fireplace in person prior to ordering any parts.
The appointment was to begin between 9: 30 am - 10: 00 am. At 9: 25 am Michael was at the door, ready to examine, take details and explain what the process is to perform the work. Patient, professional and thorough.
The blower is ordered. They, like all fireplace stores require prepayment which is completed.
Parts may take several weeks to arrive so one must be patient. Shari did schedule a date and time for the installation and cleaning though realistically, the date may be sooner or later. E & E has no control over the arrival of parts.
We are in good hands. Safety check, cleaning, the benefits of a fan will bring peace of mind and maybe, lower the gas bill.
