Got a lot of help from Tom today, he helped us make our choice on our couch we purchased and to get the protection plan. Great customer service overall!

I purchased a couch from here in January with promise that it would be delivered in March. Today I was told that the delivery was pushed back again. Please avoid this dealer if you expect to receive your purchase in a reasonable time.

Me and my husband had an awesome experience especially with the help from Sue, would definitely recommend to anyone in search for furniture!

When you're on a budget but need furniture/ delivery at a fair price I'd recommend EFO. Staff are friendly and honest. Ask for Tom!

I love EFO in dunmore. They're always so helpful. I just finished construction in my home and needed to start furnishing it. Sue was so helpful walking through the store showing me everything, helping me pick out fabrics and placing the order. Can't wait to go back and finish purchasing the rest of the items I need. We were moving into our house on a specific date and had ordered our bedroom set months in advance. We got a call saying it was delayed, we called EFO spoke with Ryan and he did everything possible to make sure we got our order on time and we did. He was great.

On March 10th or 11th, my grandmother and I went to get new furniture for her living room. We still have not received a call about the furniture. We have had to make the calls to them to get updates on the product we bought on one of those days. We still have not received the set that we paid in full for. It has been over 4 months and I am very unhappy with this experience. I find it completely ridiculous that they have not called us with any information regarding the set that we got, never mind the fact that we havn't received the product yet, and they have it on hand.

HORRIBLE customer service! A simple order of a recliner as a Christmas gift for my elderly Mother has been a nightmare. Originally I was told it would take 6 weeks to come in because of COVID backups at the factory. Fine. Six weeks came and went. No phone call or notice to tell us the status of the order. After 8 weeks I called. Now I was told it would probably come near the middle of April. Again, that time came and went without so much as a phone call. Called again. This time they said probably early June. Well, in early June, lo and behold, I was called and told delivery couldnt be for another two weeks so they set delivery for the 23rd of June and told me they would call the day before delivery and give a three hour window for when to expect delivery. Guess what? No call. I live over an hour away from my Mom, so I called their store today, the supposed day of delivery. Store closed. Had to call a branch store. Now I'm told the delivery would be tomorrow which means another day off and another day of traveling for me. Still waiting on the three hour window call for tomorrow. This place just can't get their act together. I realize it's not the biggest order they have to deal with but this is beyond ridiculous.

We received great customer service from our sales associate Tom Remsky. He patiently helped us through the buying process and was very informative with everything from living room to bed room furniture. Overall a great buying experience. Did I mention great prices also.

We came to EFO today looking for a new recliner. We were helped by Sue. She showed us their inventory and helped us understand the features of each chair. She answered all our questions. We found exactly what we were looking for. Thanks Sue you were a great help.
