Cory Lear was our service representative and he explained everything he did and made recommendations for outdoor, animal safe stations for the mice in our field area. He also offered to research and get back to us on questions we had. He is professional, polite, and very responsive to our concerns with living in a country area. We appreciate this service!

I've used Ehrlich Pest Control for a year now. Everytime Peter Garami the technician is super response, easy to schedule with and thorough. He always provides a good explanation of what's being done and what services are coming up to be able to get ahead of scheduling this for the upcoming seasons. He is a very pleasant person to deal with and recommend going through him 10 out of 10 times.

Peter Garami was very professional and thorough in his inspection. He was very prompt in sending his report and an estimate to fix any problems.

Horrendous. A tech showed up and did not complete the work that was supposed to be done, and the work done was terrible. I called and emailed numerous times, was told they would be back. Upon return visit was told we would be getting a reduced bill as the work was not completed. Not only did no one show up after that to complete the work, the bill was never fixed. Two different customer service reps informed us the paperwork was not done correctly and the bill was on hold. Today I get a call about the bill and was told no hold was ever placed. Absolutely terrible experience. This has been going on since July.

I have never been so disappointed. Purchased the 365 plan and have had them out 6 times for our issue with no resolution. Call to schedule another service and am told they have no openings so they'll have someone call me. Not paying another dime till this is handled. They should be shut down for stealing people's money for services that don't even work.

Korey Lesonik has been an exceptional service technician. Each time he visits our home, he discusses with us any needs we might have. He ensures all of our (both mine and my husband's) questions are answered before he leaves. He provided his cell phone number for immediate service. This attention to detail and the customer service Korey and his immediate supervisor provides is why we continue services with Erhlich!

Paid to have initial visit that included follow ups 14 and 30 days to verify the issue had been resolved.never followed up. Multiple calls and nothing, multiple times put on hold to just wait and wait with no response until eventually I hung up never came back to check anything not once, and when I called to have it fixed and finally got a response I was told my contract had run out they would transfer me to the sales team! I'm out 700+ dollars and would need to sign a new agreement. Mind you 6 months my contract was for just so happens I'm on the 7th month and just so happens I could finally get through mind you to a call center that was less that helpful. I never even got what I paid for. Here I am out money and I still have my initial problem. This is down right stealing from people. I have never had an experience like this. I will be spreading the word to everyone I know not to deal with this place. Crooks.

Would give zero stars if I could. I never rate anyone so poorly like this, I always give the benefit of the doubt; however their service was so awful that I couldn't allow myself to let anyone pay for their abyssmal services. Had a HORRIBLE infestation and called hoping this would help. Made an appointment on a day either me or one of my roommates would be home, they didnt show up. Made another appointment during a time one of us would be home before work, and they were two hours late. When the exterminator finally bothered to show up he didn't do much more than something I could have done, only having wiped my walls with what he told us was a disinfectant wipe, and sprayed our sink. They told us give it two weeks and they will be gone and to give a call back if not. A month later, nothing had changed, except for the fact it seemed to have gotten worse somehow, which none of us had even thought possible. We called Ehrlich back and they refused to do anything unless we paid them the first bill along with a second one when they send the guy again. This isn't even everything that has happened but long story short, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Had a nasty drain fly infestation. Called Ehrlich to come help. They came hours after they were supposed to arrive without so much as an apology. They sprayed my sink with sanitizer and wiped down a few of my walls. Promised results in two weeks. After two weeks the infestation had not gotten any better. I called asking for help but they said they wouldn't come back without receiving the original payment and then subsequent payments for them to come back. They charged me 300 dollars to do nothing. I will never recommend them to anyone.

We recently hired the local Ehrlich for our home and have been beyond pleased with the response, communication, knowledge and professionalism of their staff! We initially had a consult with Peter who was amazingly honest and smart about pests and insects. Since then, three men have been to our home to check on things and each of them have been amazing, kind, on-time and helpful - since COVID this is a rarity in most other businesses. We are grateful and appreciative to Ehrlichs!

We are in North East and had chosen this company because they were able to come out faster than other companies. We had a light bed bug infestation from guests, and they assessed it quickly, we had a little wait because there was a shortage of employees from COVID-19, but Peter was extremely attentive and helpful in getting an appointment set up and the guys did a great job explaining to my elderly folks what had to be done and calming their fears. We don't have the bugs now and everything is back to normal, were very happy with the friendly, professional service from our guys.

Worst business I have ever associated myself with. I am not going to go into much detail about the multiple "no call - no shows" I have had with them. Bottom line they are an awful business with awful customer service. I paid for the 365 service and had to beg to get services performed. This business basically stole money for services that they promised but never followed through on. STAY AWAY! Spend your hard earned money with a business who cares about their customers. ABSOLUTE JOKE!

EDIT. I was contacted by a gentleman (Joe S.) first thing this morning. He and I had a good conversation and he assured me he would "make things right" not only now, but moving forward. He is a man of his word and showed up at he requested time today. All of the concerns I had were handled and he provided me a direct line to stay in touch moving forward. This is what good customer service should look like. I am definitely sticking with them for now and fully anticipate the best service possible. Thanks Joe, I truly appreciate your dedication and hard work making things right.

I have been with this pest control for several years. The people are very polite and very well trained. They are prompt on their appointments. They take time to explain any findings and what they are doing to solve the problem. I have referred them to other people and will continue to do so. They are #1 in my book. Awesome company awesome employees. Go Ehrlich.

Ehrlich has been great with every problem I've had living in a city and lovely with all my pets (even the odder ones.) They never made me feel embarrassed for having pets of a different nature while they've been on calls to my house. I can't thank them enough. Amazing crew.
