Very difficult to contact someone 24hrs with a pest emergency. I have been a customer for 10 years. Phoned at 5: 50AM and was told they are experiencing higher than usual call volumes. Went through entire menu, rang twice and was dropped. Called back repeatedly, same thing occurred. Then survey came on as to how my call was handled. It wasn't even answered! When finally reached a gentleman, explained the yellow jackets swarming our back door. Said the earliest he could send someone out would be in 4 days. Very dissatisfied! Will be reviewing my renewal with them for next season.

My fabulous experience started with the original tech - Ben. He was everything you could hope for in customer service, pleasant, on time, knowledgeable, courteous, and great at his job. Well he was promoted - Rightfully so! Good to know Erhlich rewards their over achievers!
Next Anthony steps in and we were hopeful he would be as wonderful. And he was! He also excels at this job and you can tell he was trained by the best! Thank you Anthony and Ben - I sleep better knowing my home is bug free!

Extremely professional, courteous and effective.
Even after just the first visit I know I have found my exterminator service for life.
Jessy was an awesome tech with tremendous knowledge!

This was the most un-professional company I have ever dealt with. I’ve had them for about two years and just had issue after issues with them. However, I had a great experience with the tech that would come out. He was amazing and helpful. All my disdain is for the customer service team.

The issues started when I began receiving someone else’s bills in my email. Apparently my contact info was set up on his account. We just built our home in a new development and the account was another neighbor down the street. We have the same exact house layout, live 3 houses down, and he pays less than us. When I complained about why they pay less, they tried to say it was because our house was different and different pests were in my area… we literally had the same house and lived 100 ft apart and I could see we had the same plan, since they were sending me his bills. They also told me that I had to go to that neighbor and tell him to change the contact info on the account. Umm excuse me? That is your job.

They are horrible at scheduling. I repeatedly told them to mark our account that we had certain days that we needed the tech to come out so that we could be home for him. They never updated this and would send us about a 1 day in advance notice that they were coming. Thank god our tech called us and gave us a heads up and asked if we were good for him to come out. He was at least on top of things.

The worst part of it dealing with this company was when we had a bird in our vents (or at least thought we did). I called to schedule a service. They said they would put a ticket in and I would receive a call that week. No call- 4 weeks later I get an email saying they were sending someone out (of course on a day that none of us were home). Email said to reply back if that didn’t work. I did. They sent the guy out anyways. He walked around our house and left.

So I called back in to customer service. Scheduled another appointment for someone to come address the bird situation. The next day I get an email replying back to when I said I wanted to cancel that original guy coming out because we weren’t home. They apparently took it as we wanted to cancel our services. So I called back in because I was scared they canceled the rescheduled bird appointment. Later I find out from that call that no appointment was even scheduled. I asked the customer service representative if I could speak to a manager or just someone else to complain about my ehrlich experience. After being on hold several times, the answer I got was… “THEY DO NOT WANT TO TALK TO ME”. Are you kidding me? The most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. So I told her I wanted to actually cancel because this was ridiculous. THEN i was transferred to someone.

All in all… DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Take your business elsewhere.

I call and set up an appointment. First they give me a ten hour window. I tell them, that won't work and ask them to come in between a five hour window. I request they call me before they arrive so I am sure to be there. Well, they came, (in the wrong time window), they did not call, they did not complete the service I pay for. This has happen three other times in the same week. They never call, they just show up, take a photo of my house and leave. This has also happen two other times this year.

Scheduled an appointment today between 12pm and 2pm for an inspection. No show and no call. Called them after 2pm and was told I'm currently not a customer and there was nothing they could do. I got nowhere trying to explain I was trying to become a customer but they never showed up. In short, I wasted my vacation time for a no show.

Customer service is an absolute joke. When they tell you that someone will return your call, 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting.

Inspector very professional, showed up on time, answered questioned thoroughly, giving me suggestions on what to look for and when to call the company for assistance.

Paid for warranty inspection back in 2021 for 2022. I was billed 5 times for same warranty inspection. It was a lot of phone time to straighten it out. Paid for warranty inspection in 2022 for 2023. Inspector showed up while we were not home. There was no advance notice of an inspection. York office called on 12/27/22 and stated they would schedule and notify after the 1st of Jan 2023. The main problem I see is that you don't talk to the local office. When you call you get the National Office in Ohio. Apparently they did away with all the local office staff everywhere which wasn't a very good idea when it comes to customer service

I paid $300 up front and am paying $55 for what? They came out and set up some mouse traps and poison. I told them I have pets so no traps or anything where they can get to them. They didn't spray the 1st time. Was told they'd spray when they came back 2 weeks later. It was more than 2 weeks later. Still didn't spray and this time sat mouse traps and sticky traps out where my animals could get to them. I'm going to be canceling this service. It's not worth it at all.

*** When I called Ehrlich to come to my house to just deal with ants they charged me over 235, the guy was here for only 15 minutes. They proceeded to charge me $55 monthly and never showed up again until the late summer un-knowingly to me. No call, no heads up. Then when I call them to cancel they gave me an argument and a hard time about I have to pay them, the customer service person on the phone was rude, cut me off multiple times to say what she had to say. They didn't offer or do any additional services to satisfy a paying customer that just paid them over $465.00 for 1 & 1/2 service which was again 15 minutes of their time, no phone call only just show up when they felt like it for some type of outside service and I wasn't here. Even though I specifically said I want to be around when the service was going to be rendered. I asked them when they first came to my home to do the inside and outside but in 5 months they came once to do the outside without my knowledge and wanted to continue to charge me monthly. $55 for ants in the winter time, that's ludicrous and ridiculous. Even my daughter know there's no ants in the winter time to worry about, she's seven. Their customer service is horrible. If you call them you're going to regret it because they will certainly let you down!

I do not understand why it is taking so long to get rid of voles. You know where they are and what they are. You need to be more consistent as you seem to stop applying tracking powder before they are eliminated thus allowing them to keep on reproducing.
Also, the new policy of not allow your Tech to set up next visit with customer while they are at their home is ludicrous. Allowing only two days notice to inform the customer of service is just not realistic and you lose customer/Tech inter action. Key to building long lasting relationships.

DO NOT USE - Did not show up and did not call with a reason why. I would definitely recommend using any other service provider other than Ehrlich.

Short and Brief only had this company for a couple months, only been out to my residence would have been the 3rd time, couldn't keep their scheduling together multiple calls in lack of management, calling, back, lack of technicians showing up and lack of scheduling staying where it needs to be. Somehow it magically kept on changing. Very dissatisfied in this company. I think management needs to Retrain everyone in customer service and how to work a computer to keep scheduling and how to show up. It's very sad to see a company start to crumble when things like this can be fixed. I wish them the best of luck but I will go elsewhere.
