Everyone and I mean EVERYONE were hardworking polite and dedicated to this business. They all responded quickly to our needs. They kept us informed on the progress of the irrigation system.

We've been with Eichenlaub over the past few years and have been happy with their service. Our account manager, Kelly "For the Love of Flowers" Murphy is just terrific to work with. She is always responsive to any requests, questions or concerns we have and always offers helpful suggestions as to plantings. Our yard looks great!

Eichenlaub did a phenomenal
job recreating our entire yard, installing a bluestone pool patio, firepit, gorgeous waterfall, koi pond, stone kitchen/grille/patio bar, stone steps and walls, landscaping, lighting and a new expanded driveway. Project leader Scott Rudolph expertly coordinated specialists and crews in water feature, hardscape, landscape and lighting - all ultimate professionals in design and execution. Hiring one company with such varied expertise allowed us to streamline a highly complicated project with challenging terrain. We’re thrilled with our stunningly beautiful oasis and couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

About ten years after our backyard patio project with Eichenlaub, we worked with them again to create a new front yard landscape design and installation in 2023. From the initial meeting, to the design process and presentation, through the discussions on plan changes and ultimately to the installation, each encounter was professional and responsive. They were up front and honest about the timeline, and kept us up to date with changes. Ultimately our project was completed to our satisfaction pretty much when they said it would be. We highly recommend Eichenlaub.

What a well oiled machine at Eichenlaub. We had to wait a little longer than we had hoped to, but you get what you pay for. Their professionalism from our initial meeting with the sales rep to the respect their crews showed at our home, was unmatched for any home renovation that we have done to date. After going through our experience with them, we would wait even longer to do it again. I cannot recommend Eichenlaub enough if you want a great experience and an even better result!

The Eichenlaub team does the best work in Pittsburgh. Kris and Kevin consistently communicated with us from start to finish, unlike prior landscapers we have used. Mick is an artist with pruning! Our lawn and landscaping have been looked better!
