Einstein Bros. Bagels reviews
20The bagels and coffee are very good. Sadly I noticed that you’re not allowed to sit there and eat. If I had noticed that before I wouldn’t have ordered.
Never been to a Einstein bagel so I thought I’d give it a try. Was disappointed how grumpy the 2 ladies behind counter were. Barely spoke when ordering. No common courtesy to say good morning or hello. Very bad approach to customers. They should find a job where they don’t have to deal with public if they dont like dealing with customers. I will definitely not go back to this location. I would have gave one star but I did get food promptly. These 2 employees need to lose the attitude and cheer up with customers
I ordered a chai tea latte from here and they gave me one with spoiled milk it was sour and clumpy. Very disappointed
Wow, awful food. Tasted rubbery and microwaved. Couldn’t even finish my meal. My dogs seemed to enjoy it though. Also super over priced.
I'm leaving a single star because I saw how the manager treated her employees this morning.
You truly are a vile, horrible human being and I hope they all turn on you. If you guys are reading this, you deserve better and you most definitely don't have to stay there. Standup for yourselves. Jobs come and go. You don't have to deal with that abuse
Chorizo burrito was very good. Alittle bit drier then I would like, but packed with flavor, and also smokey. Now, where this gets a 4 star from me is the coffee. It was watery, no real coffee flavor. That was the only let down for me. Other then that, 4 stars.
This place has the slowest workers you will ever come across. Literally had the most simplest order — sesame bagel with LIGHT butter. They could not even get the order right. Basically dumped a whole stick on butter on my bagel. It ended up going in the trash. So disappointing.
Ordered from DD a Lox and Bagel cream cheese. The sandwich was very disappointing. The lox they put on the sandwich couldn’t feed a gerbil. Everything with the other order was fine but the amount of $$ you pay for this sandwich you’d expect at least o full slice of Lox. I won’t be ordering that sandwich again from your franchise.
The manager was absolutely disgusting with her employees. The way she talks to them in front of customers is disgusting. No one should have to put up with that kind of abuse. This will be my first time and last time here! Something needs to be done about her.
The staff is so rude to each other at this location. The one female worker has such an attitude with every thing she does. It got to the point where another worker had to yell at her in front of a packed house. I've been here a handful of times this month, and it she's been like this every time. Sorry to all of the employees that have to deal with her in that toxic work environment.
I want to say I how professional and nice the people that work at this Yardley store. I made an online order and an error came up and was charged on my card. Now I came in more then heated about it with an attitude I'm not proud of and they handled like total professionals and the shift manager went and found my email online
Love the power bagel but at almost $5 w some cream cheese was a little steep in my opinion. It's just a bagel.
Disappointing… Took a very long time to get my sandwich. I requested a substitution of the spread. At the register my $7.99 sandwich rung up at $9.68! No one mentioned substituting one spread for another would cost that much more. Went outside to their tables, sat down and unwrapped the sandwich… So much of the filling was outside of the bread, It wasn’t cut through all the way and Was so messy thatI I couldn’t eat it with my hands.
Just there and they don't pay attention. They had Poppyseed and Honey Wheat but not the Spinach. Ok. So I said I'll take one of each, poppy and wheat. Plus egg white with turkey sausage. I got home and they were all plain bagels and regular egg, not egg whites. It was about 1: 15. Guess they were more worried about leaving.
I went past brunch hours (1100) and there was not much wait. Selection pretty good, store is really clean. Still no eat in yet.
Einstein Bros Bagels are decent but go to the location in Langhorne. Friendlier employees there.
Wonderful place with great staff
Beautiful ambiance with great quotes
Bagels are always fresh, tasty and have lot of varieties
Lunch items are really interesting and delicious
All accessories for coffee are packed in separate paper bags due to pandemic.

Restrooms are decent
Highly recommend this store
Everything at this store is delicious. My favorite thing on the menu is a turkey, avocado, tomato sandwich on a pretzel bagel. We have also enjoyed the flavorful beverages from Einstein. We always look forward to our next visit.
Can’t say how much I love bagels here, best bagel ever.
I drove from NJ to here so that I can have bagels here.
Just found this place and have been there 3 times. The staff are friendly, food is fresh and delicious, and they got my orders done quickly. Love it!
