Einstein Healthcare Network Collegeville reviews
10 I waited for the Endocronogist appointment for 6 months, and the appointment was cancelled.
I have have been their patient since past 10 years. But I had to be out of country for over two years and now I can’t get any appointment. In 6 months none of the location had any appointments. I didn’t even get a call for rescheduling my appointment, from the collegeville office, they just canceled it. That’s it. Very poor service.
If you ever come here for gynecology, think twice. Had a horrible billing disaster that took almost a year to settle and was denied an IUD because it’s “more permanent”. I was put on the Depo shot and the side effects have literally ruined by body. I was not warned of these side effects prior to being injected. This is partially my fault. It has been a mess dealing with this place and will not be returning.
The staff were incredibly kind, respectful and informative which significantly reduced my anxiety about having tests done. Thank you Debbie and Omega.
I see Dr. Navarro. He is extremely knowledgeable in the fields of Gastro and Hepatology (liver disease). Very comforting to know he comes highly recommended by my doctors, especially my Neurologist. I trust his opinion with the test results and the next steps needed. Additionally, he is very prompt in responding to my emails on-line. I think very highly of him and recommend him highly.
I saw Dr. Bolton months ago who said someone would reach out to me concerning a follow up appointment and a procedure the following Monday. Weeks passed and I left several messages asking for information and received no response. It was only after I sent an “urgent” voicemail that anyone would speak to me. My procedure is scheduled in just a few weeks and I have received zero information in over a month. After multiple attempts of reaching the office I was informed that the office number has changed. I don’t even know what number to call and I am unable to walk into the office to speak with someone as I am working during all of their business hours. I am really confused and nervous as anyone else would be. At this time I am not even sure if my procedure is still scheduled. To say that I am frustrated and upset would be an understatement.
I see Dr. Bolton and Dr. Bridgens at this location. They are both the best doctors ever! Specifically, Dr. Bridgens is extremely personable but was also so knowledgeable and straight to the point. She was very thorough and trusting. Best OBGYNs ever!
I have been a patient here for years. I have a brain tumor and diabetes. I have called several times for an appointment to go over my failing diabetes pump. I have had no response for perhaps 4 years. I keep my pump together with scotch tape. My last appt.was 8 weeks ago and I was supposed to get a call regarding my testosterone gel which I take for a brain tumor. After call after call, it has been months since I have had this medication. I have gone months before several times for no other reason than the practitioner is lazy. When I need insulin I usually have to drive to the office and demand a bottle because they cant seem to get anything done on the phone. I will be switching practices. This practice is INSTANT DEATH for those who are not familiar with the medical field.

My partner tried to book in a simple xray appointment. Called on a Thursday at 11: 30am and got the answering service "they're on lunch for the next two hours". Called at 4: 15pm the same day, got the answering service "they're done for the day, call back tomorrow". Called the next day, got diverted to some site in Norristown who didn't know how we ended up there. They gave us a number to call, which turned out to be a fax number.gave up and went with a different provider. What a waste of time.
Dr. Datta is truly the worst endocrinologist I’ve ever had. He spoke to my mother rather than me during our appointments, and prescribed me two medications with terrible side effects, because I didn’t need them! When I informed Datta that I had stopped taking them, he told me I was “a disaster waiting to happen” and “going to die”. After switching to a new endo at U of P, my blood work was reran and they were unable to figure out why I had ever been put on the medications in the first place. On top of that, all of my records from Dr. Datta were disorganised and inaccurate. In the notes section he even wrote “symptomatically I feel that diagnosis is unlikely, but I will continue to treat. ” and then acted surprised when I reacted badly to the medicine. I wouldn’t recommend him or this practice to even my worst enemy.
