I was referred to the Dr. Undavia at Einstein Neurology by one of her local colleagues. However, upon "trying" to make an appt. I was told she would need a referral. I was provided with the fax # and had my specialists fax the request and records. I followed up and received another lovely person that checked the fax to confirm it was not yet received but confirmed the Dr.could do biopsies on her clinic days as I had been told by the previous person. When I followed up again, the receptionist "Sharon" stated the others that told me that do not usually handle the calls, and they were wrong. She had an attitude with me and stated she would check the fax and get back to me. She did not. My Johns Hopkins office had confirmed it was sent earlier and they received confirmation. It was apparent Sharon could not be bothered. I waited a few days to follow up, and again received her attitude and was abruptly put on hold after being told "there is a problem with your records". She practically slammed the phone and put me on hold again vs.explain the "problem" which is ridiculous. I held indefinitely. She should have followed up with me the first time as she initially indicated. Her lack of professionalism and attitude were off-putting. If I were the physician I would not want my patients treated this way. I have a lot of specialists and have never had such a negative experience. I will find another physician as a result of her very unprofessional receptionist. Unfortunately, the two women that were temporarily handling calls were lovely but they are no longer answering. Patients should be treated with Compassion. I will stick with Johns Hopkins and Jefferson where they truly know how to help patients.

They never keep the same Dr.or resident. Every appointment I’m seeing someone different. They all have different plans. No one is on the same page. I’m constantly explaining my condition every single visit. They are ordering me double test because no one is verifying that I already had that test. They always tell me they will send a note to my Dr, but no one ever gets back to me. I don’t know who they even send the note to. One Dr.starts me on a medication, the next Dr.changes it. I’m being tossed around.

I have never had so much trouble with a doctor's offfice. They can't seem to organize, communicate with each other. I have been trying to get a form filled out correctly for over two months. Its so bad I have pretty much had to do it all myself even after so many calls, emails and dropping the same form off in person with direct instructions with repeated failures to follow through. Even the office manager can't seem to open attachments on emails correctly. On top of being rude. Go anywhere else for neurology. This place is a nightmare.

East Norriton location office staff are the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with! I’ll be finding a new doctor! Angel and Courtney and many others! Just nasty to deal with!

Dr. Roby is currently my neurologist and I'm definitely in the process of switching drs. He don't seem to have a clue about my migraines and I haven't had any relief from them since having him as my Dr. At 6 months pregnant I'm basically suffering with the migraines and insomnia while I play phone tag with his office for appointments and medication. The pharmacy can't even seem to get in contact with them. The office staff is always rude, needless to say I'm fed up with this Dr.

Dr. Roby is the absolute best. I suffer from severe migraines he took the time to listen to me and pay attention to what I needed. I would recount this doctor ten times over. However, yes it’s extremely hard to get an appointment if your not a regular patient.

I was discharged from the hospital, referred to this office for follow up. I called the following day from my discharge and they told me to call back next week since they are booked, waited a week called back still booked, I have call four times so far and they have no openings. Not only that the people that answer the phone are really rude, and unpleasant. If you don’t have openings to take care of patients get more personal or close.

During my stay at Einstein Hospital in December 2017, I received excellent care from Dr. Bradley and staff. With great sensitivity, Dr. Bradley diagnosed and thoroughly explained my recent life changing condition. I am very thankful for his time.

I learned more in 20 minutes that my physician couldn't or wouldn't try to find out in 10 years! I greatly appreciate the doctors here.

The doctor seems incompetent and has no bedside manner.
I was first diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and then after labs the doctor herself called and told me it was RA but after the RA meds didn't work she re-diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia along with a prescription to see a Psychiatrist because she claimed my depression is the reasoning behind my symptoms. She should just say she's clueless because I feel like that was a year I wasted dealing with them.
I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK nor would I recommend them to anyone.

I always laugh when people review a place and say "if I could give this place zero stars I would! " But seriously if I could give them a ZERO rating I would! I made an appointment with them after visiting an Einstein ER and being told to follow up w/ neuro on 12/8. They didn't have any openings until 12/21. The office called me on Monday 12/19 to tell me I needed a referral from my primary doctor. Who waits 11 days before giving someone notification of that? ! Ok so I call my PCP and they take 3 days to do a referral. So I call Einstein Neurology back to ask them to call the Dr and let her know of the circumstance, not only does it take me TWO days to reach them because they closed "unexpectedly yesterday morning" according to their answering service, but today I get a rep who lets me know it's my responsibility to know that I need a referral. Well I called my insurance and NO REFERRAL is required but I cancelled this appointment anyway.totally unhelpful and looping people in between your answering service and automated system does nothing to help an already stressful situation. I try to keep all of my healthcare providers in the Einstein network but after this experience, I'm seriously rethinking that logic!
