5This has to be by far the worst gyn, front desk does not know how to schedule properly, the doctor does not get back to you immediately They accept welfare so of course the employees act just as ignorant as the patients. Please I recommend any other office but this one.
Every time I have a appointment at this location everyone is sweet, professional, and courteous. I never feel rushed or treated like "just another patient". The women at this facility are knowledgeable and caring. I love the staff at this location.
Called for an emergency the lady said theyd call back and they never did.called 2 weeks later and there was never a note left.when finally got a hold of someone they couldn't schedule me until the end of the next month even after being told an EMERGENCY.
If it wasn’t for Jessica Tobin my Maternity nurse I would be somewhere else, A Few Huge issues 1 getting a hold of someone in the office is almost impossible, 2 I am pregnant and was running a 103 fever I called the on call doctor Every Half Hour for 3 hrs before he called back After Rudely saying I’m returning your call since I was repeatedly paged from this number? Ummm I’m sorry I thought that was Part Of a your JOB as the On Call Doctor. SMH I was FURIOUS now it’s 4 days later and I’ve been sitting in the office waiting room for Over 2 hours after being taken back 3 separate times they said they’re waiting for a room to become available Yet 3 people have been taken back since and I’m starting to get Extremely Irritated. I just don’t understand, when I went to the Jenkintown office I was in and out, getting a hold of them on the phone was also an issue but so far I’m Extremely Disappointed with my experience here, and may consider finding another OBGYN
CAN'T GET A HOLD OF ANYONE IN THE OFFICE, THE DR. WAS SUPPOSED TO PRESCRIBED A MEDICINE AND SEND ME A LETTER ABOUT TEST RESULT SINCE JULY OF 2016 TILL THIS DAY NO LETTER NO MEDS, AND ALL SHE MENTION WAS BIRTH CONTROL, I AM 40 WITH NO KIDS WHAT I NEED BIRTH CONTROL FOR?
