Einstein Physicians Wadsworth, Philadelphia PA

My children are patients at Einstein Holland pediatrics. They did not have any available appointments today to see my daughter who is in pain and needed to be seen right away. We were send to wadeswoth branch today only to be spoken to rudely by the nurse that asked for my daughter’s weight and height. Not once was the nurse friendly or polite. Luckily the doctor was very nice.

I would give zero stars if I could I had an appointment at 1: 20 and I got there on time and there was no one for at least 15 minutes and when the receptionist came out with her headphones on and looked dead at me and turned right back around and walked away.

I’m only giving the 5 stars for the OB/GYN office at this location. I’ve been coming to them for a long time and I’ve never had an issue. I love that they show they care and hands on. I never have to wait long to be seen except for if I’m running late and I have to wait for other patients to be done which is fine.other than that I’m always in and out and everything I come for gets done. I’m currently pregnant and almost time to have my baby and I’ve been coming here during my prenatal visits and everything been going very well.the staff is awesome and attentive.especially Ms. Sharon because she’s been there for me and been real since the beginning she makes me feel like family and I appreciate that.my OB/GYN Doctor is awesome as well.

My mother has been going to Dr. Qureshi for years now. She is a senior with bone on bone in her spine and is a diabetic, have arthritis, kidney disease and more. Dr. Qureshi never fills her medication and always make my mother have to go to different doctors to get anything done. Her appointment always ten minutes and she now has PCA 7 days a week because she can't do a lot of things on her own anymore. She doesn't care for her patients. As a primary doctor she should not be refusing medication and services that her patients require. As of today she is now my mothers old doctor. She switched and filed a complaint with her insurance. If I could give 0 stars I would shame on her.

Dr. Salma Alikham Is a physician at this location and she is a horrible doctor she has 0 people skills and she does not disclose your Childs health with you. When doctor Levin retired I should have left this office but I tried to give her a chance and every year she seems to disappoint me now I'm at my limit and I am transferring my kids out of this office and Einstein hospital.

Before my child's original doctor (Dr. Levin) retired this place was great. With the new pediatrician on site (Dr. Alikhan), every time I bring my child in, her diagnosis is "it's probably just a cold. " Well after visiting several times and getting the same response I decided to take my son to the jenkintown location. The doctor was the best! Turned out my child had a horrible case of bronchitis! I wound up switching doctors permanently. If you can, I advise you to do the same. Wadsworth's wait time is just disrespectful, especially when you arrive early or even on time! Ever since they've done renovations and hired new people, the new staff have been rude and dismissive. My visits have just been overall uncomfortable for the past few years. So I changed my children's doctor. Best thing I could have done. Seriously.

Dr Helm is thorough and wonderful! The staff is great! At first a little grumpy but who isn't at 7: 30am?

Wonderful experience. I just started going here and Dr. Qureshi and her staff were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Clean facility as well.

This USED to be the best place to go in Mt. Airy for a good Doctor. NOW IT SUCKS. I HAVE SPENT MORE TIME WAITING ON THE PHONE OR THE BEST. YOU HOLD ON FOR 10MINS AND THEN GET DISCONNECTED. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE 2016/2015. WHEN YOU GET A BETTER PHONE SYSTEM AND STAFF THAT CAN HANDLE MAYBE MY FAMILY AND MYSELF WILL BE BACK.

I have been seeing Dr. Suresh for the last 10 years and I have never had a problem with her or the office staff. The only thing I wish would go back to is doing is the lab work on the premises.

I have been taking my children here for years. In the past there was never an issue with their previous DR.until their doctor was changed. Dr. Salma Alikhan is very unprofessional! I'm always on time and EVERYTIME there is a problem. I have to wait HOURS before being seen. I have been late for work when i have purposely set a time where i would have more than enough time to make it to work after my children had been seen. I arrived for another appt for my child, and i was told she wouldn't be in and that i should have gotten a message. " DON'T YOU THINK. IF I HAVE RECEIVED ANY TYPE OF MESSAGE I SURE AS HELL WOULDN'T HAVE WASTED MY PRECIOUS TIME & GAS DRIVING THERE JUST TO BE TOLD THAT DR. SALMA ALIKHAN WOULD NOT BE IN? ! I have NO intentions on going back there EVER! I left 1 star and it doesn't deserve that.

If I could leave a review with zero stars I would. This place loves to waste your time. My mother in-law has been coming to this place and they continue to give her the runaround. She had some abnormal results from a test and was referred to another branch of the Einstein Physicians hospital. When we arrived for the appointment at the other branch, after they canceled the appointment the previous week, we were told that we have the wrong type of referral from the Wadsworth office. It's absolutely ridiculous. They attempted to blame my mother in law saying that she should have told them that she had the wrong referral. After talking to them, they were willing to correct the issue. It's just really frustrating. Her doctor Dr. Azra Qureshi signed off on the wrong referral. My mother in law called her and she never returned her phone calls. No wonder her staff doesn't know what to do.

This Dr's office continually wastes your time, gives you the runaround for every possible thing they can and at least from my personal experience shows that they could care less about YOUR emergency situations!

Dr. Azra QURESHI and her med admin team are unprofessional display a lack of care for their patients. My mother had abnormal mammogram results. She had to call the office to get her own results because she was never informed. So much for "no news is good news. "
