El Jefe’s Taqueria - Bethlehem

While taking my order one of the lady’s just had a nasty attitude, male cashier was nice but over all didn’t like the service at all!

Place is awesome, took me 5 years to come here and I’m gonna come back again next chance I get. Very fresh food!

Great atmosphere and great food, always a great experience at El Jefes. Really no complaints!

Today I Was mortified by the staff that displayed negative, discriminatory, and unpleasant staff. I observed 3 adults with intellectual disabilities who were before me in line order their food with their wonderful staff member assisting them! During this time, one of the adults proceeded to give her order where the staff member became instantly frustrated due to not understanding this customer fully. They continued to display poor body language and had an attitude. The staff member who was working for these three individuals noticed a mistake on their receipt where the customer was charged twice for chips and refused to give them a refund! The young lady who was working for the individuals spoke up and defended her residents! This was the epitome of doing the right thing and kindness! What I witnessed by the staff members today who work for this franchise was absolutely disgusting! I will not be returning with others who had said the same thing after witnessing this behavior and lack of awareness! Shout out to this young lady who was with her residents on an outing!

I’ve went here a couple times and had no problem, but I recently just came and didn’t have such good service I couldn’t hear what the employee was saying and when I asked what they said again they looked at me stupid.

Yummmm I love el jefe’s! Food is always good and they’re open very late which is very convenient for me

Love this place but prefer to go in person, Doordash orders improved for a short amount of time but the past two times I’ve ordered the portions have been small and incorrect order.

We read that the staff was rude. But not the case when we were there. They were helpful even though we had a line of customers. Which moved quickly. Food was tasty

It was a good service. I tried a carne asada Burrito, it was so good.the workers were friendly.the place was clean.
I liked that I ordered guacamole in my Burrito and they did not charge an extra fee.most of the places they charge you an extra fee for guacamole.this place is not expensive.definitely a good spot to try.

Fantastic food. The carne asada was juicy and flavorful. The bowls and tacos are more than enough for 1 meal. Service was slightly slow but most likely bc i believe part of staff were newer employees

Found this place through maps after getting to the hotel. The only place opened and it was worth the 15min ride. The food was absolutely delicious! My kids and wife loved it and wanted more! I definitely would recommend this place whenever you're near Bethlehem PA

The food is great and reasonably priced but their service is the WORST.they hold no accountability
