Eldorado Court Apartments

The office staff is amazing and the area is decent but the higher ups don’t care what so ever about the state of the building. There are indeed rodents, dirty hallways, dumpster overflowing issues, and a short staff on maintenance which means requests will go unanswered for the most part. Before the rent went up it was almost worth the money to deal with the quirks but not at the current asking price.

Some people that are on disability like myself and I'm a widow so I collect Social Security and windows benefits not that that's a whole lot Uncle Sam don't want to give you too much I wish more places like El Dorado Court but not would consider running Section 8 2D seniors like myself. God I hate being called that a senior I still feel young in my heart and my mind just the body doesn't want to cooperate sometimes

Rodents over running the building, water leaks that go unfixed. This is the worst place I have ever lived. The management here completely ignores you. I have made several complaints. Currently seeking legal advice

The townhouse we moved into is nice, community is quiet and there’s a good amount of parking. Trying to get into contact with management is a nightmare. Either they’re on vacation or already scheduled off. You would assume if someone is unavailable, another person from their team can cover. Before moving in, there was not much room for inspecting the apartment since it wasn’t ready until that weekend before move in date. Within 3 days of moving in, we’ve found a few things that should of been fixed prior to us moving in. We’ve emailed the management, also sent In maintenance requests a week ago and have not received a response or any updates yet.

Stacie was incredibly helpful to my husband and I for the transition of our first move. Stacie was very attentive, personable and made us feel very comfortable during a stressful time. She made the process a smooth transition. I’m very grateful and Highly recommend.

I live at Edgewater apartments and always have a good experience with the manager Stacie. She is fantastic and always makes sure everything is handled in a timely and professional manner!

I have lived in ELDORADO COURT AND PRESERVE AT DARBY CREEK since 2017 and I can honestly say it's the best apartment community that I have ever lived in! The wonderful property manager Stacie, office staff Colleen, Brittany keep the community running well like a fine tuned machine and the maintenance staff Dre, Henry and John almost seem to anticipate my maintenance needs. They always show up promptly and are extremely efficient! Everyone here is courteous and friendly and I don't ever plan on moving from here!

I have been living at eldorado court for the past 2 years, this year they have done alot of work! The hallways renovations made such a big difference! I enjoy doing laundry in the new machines! Thank you!

This place is absolutely disgusting. Common areas are never cleaned and is filled with roaches, dead and alive. Roaches that die are never even bothered to be swept up. Management frankly doesn't care.

Cockroach and mice filled! Do not rent here. Building is disgusting and is filled with both mice and cockroaches. Maintenance has historically been helpless as well.
