I have been using Eldredge Cleaning for almost a year. I have been extremely satisfied with the service, office staff and cleaners. Miranda performs my bi-weekly cleaning. She always does an excellent job, is very friendly and is always on time. Unfortunately, she was out sick last week. I received a text notification promptly and the staff rescheduled the cleaning for yesterday. Her replacement, Jadelyn, also did an outstanding job! Eldredge has deep cleaned my home on 3 occasions with amazing results! I have 2 Shi Tzus, so maintaining a clean home can be challenging. My dog, Duke, just gets so excited at the screen door when he sees Miranda is coming to clean! Eldredge Cleaning helps me keep a clean and organized home at a very reasonable rate!

I’ve been using Eldridge cleaning for over a year and I have to say, they are the best service I have ever used. I’ve been getting my house cleaned for over 10 years and I’ve used a few different companies. While each had their strong points, it was always hit or miss depending on which cleaner showed up. Not true with Eldridge. They have their training game on point. Every cleaner who shows up is professional, trained extremely well, and the quality of the cleaning is always up to my standards and expectations. They have really upped their game over the past year. My regular technician, Jill, is absolutely phenomenal. She never misses a spot and pays attention to every single detail. She gets the nooks and crannies. I have kids, a husband, a dog, and 4 cats, so my house gets pretty dusty and dirty throughout the week. She gets it back in shape every time. Most cleaners would miss behind the couch, or not wipe the base of my kitchen stools, not pull up the bath mat in the shower. But Jill always gets those things. And the few times another tech comes, they are the same way. It’s obvious Eldridge has invested the time and money into training their staff, and it has paid off. They have a customer for as long as nothing ever changes! Thank you!

I called Eldridge cleaners in preparation of listing my home for sale. A team of four came out and did a remarkable job! I ended up hiring them for move-out cleaning services and then bi-monthly cleanings for my new home. The team was very professional and great at what they do!

Horrible, do not recommend. First they got my appointment time wrong so we had to make adjustments to our schedule for someone to be there to meet them. Their standard of deep cleaning is laughable. I was charged for extra hours when they weren't there extra hours. This was an empty house with barely any furniture, and I was very disappointed with what they consider a deep/ move in clean. They missed major areas for a "deep clean" including the tub and the floor behind the toilet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. I was planning on using them again next month for another deep cleaning of the house I'm moving out of but have obviously decided against it now that I have seen their quality of work.

We had a deep cleaning done and they did a great job. Two workers (Toby and Jocelyn) were professional, friendly, hard working, and thorough. They worked exactly the hours quoted. Both genuinely care about the work being done.
The pre-cleaning instructions were mostly thorough, such as to declutter down to less than 50 percent of a surface if we wanted it cleaned. That was easy to understand, reasonable, and achievable.
The only thing not mentioned ahead of time was that workers only move furniture that they can move with 1 hand, so no beds, big chairs, or couches. Once we understood that we moved several items and the cleaners were happy to clean under and around the moved furniture.
In summary, the cleaners did a great job and we'll have them back regularly.

Eldredge Cleaning did a wonderful job for me. I have an old, dusty house which I struggle to make time to clean. Jocelyn, Cobe, and Marion showed up on time. They are friendly, polite, and efficient. They did a terrific job, and I am so pleased with the results. Very impressed!
