This was our second time exchanging laptops with this store. The first time seemed to be a success. The second time we came in we bought a HP laptop. We were told that the battery may be charged (or something along those lines). Since having this computer for several months my mom informed me that she can only use the computer if it is plugged into the charger. If the laptop is not plugged into the charge the laptop will die immediately. After looking into it further, I received a message during start up saying that the battery needed to be replaced. My mom told me that the moment she got this computer it told her this. My mom is not very tech savvy so she didn't think anything of it. She continued to use this computer for months while being charged into an outlet. The fact that this man sold us a $150 computer with a BAD battery is not the quality I would expect from any store. Battery replacements are not cheap. If I would have known this sooner I would have immediately brought the computer back to the store. But seriously, shame on this man for selling a computer with a bad battery. So disappointed and feel really ripped off.

Wouldn't trust anyone else to repair or transfer info from one computer to another. Great prices and has a lot of options of rebuilt and new computers and laptops to choose from if you're in need of buying something.

Quickly replaced my screen and when something went wrong he was very quick to replace it. Thank you

After purchasing a power cord for an older laptop, a few weeks later it died. Made a few phone calls here to check prices. I have a very limited budget. Was able to purchase a newer laptop without stretching finances. Questions were easily answered in a very friendly manner. Definitely would recommend to anyone! Completely rebuilt my lap top. My baby spilt her drink on it and plucked off keys. The frame was broke from wear and tear. The charger port was bad. He completely redid my lap top made it look brand new and gave it more memory. Great service. Very patient and plesent. I won't go anywhere else but their!

The owner helped me to load my files back onto the laptop, taking the time to explain his work in front of me. I wasn't able to charge because the AC adapter broke. I reached out to the owner on the phone, after our phone conversation, he asked for me to bring it over. After everything said, I walked out there with a laptop plus he was going to replace the adapter. While I was waiting in the shop, there was a brand new used HP Envy Core i5 Touchscreen fully loaded. So I decided to purchase it instead of fixing my 2011 Toshiba's laptop for $150. The owner prices are reasonable and he dont take advantage of you.
Awesome customer service and very knowledgeable on electronics plus more. He is willing and able to go the extra mile for his clients.

I first came here t get help with two videos I could not get to play he took the time to try to help me. He has Great service and he takes the time explain things to you. And he also has very good prices. He's a very nice person. And I love his little dog who is so lovable and friendly. I would come here for all my computer problems.
