I’m giving two stars because the top portion of my hair looks great! I called the day before and told her what I wanted! I asked for goddess braids! Not with the hair hanging out of the braids, but curly at the ends! To be honest from the way my hair turned out I honestly feel like she didn’t know or hadn’t done them before‍️ The addition of the curly ends is where it turned out bad for me! I got my hair done on Thursday, woke up Friday morning and the straight hair was separating from the curly hair. It it was horribly noticeable! I went to work like that, I went to my daughter’s black history show like that!
I did inbox the shop 6am and let her know. She tried to get me to come in on Friday evening, I said I would try! But I specifically told her that I could come Saturday morning! At that point 3 of the curls fell out of the braids and one came out! I went back this morning, she called herself fixing it. I just felt in the back of my head and she didn’t even put the braid back in that fell out! The straight hair is starting to separate from the curly hair once again.
Now I’m sitting here burning the straight hair so the curly hair doesn’t come out! I paid them $320 on Thursday, I got my daughter’s hair done too! Btw, her hair is totally fine! This is not my first time at this shop! The first time my hair was bomb, which is why I went back! Needless to say I won’t be returning to this shop again! I feel like if she didn’t know how to a style say so, don’t just take my money which is what she did!

Ok its been 3-4 weeks and my braids still look as good as week 1 going back for a touch up and wear them for 5-6 weeks. Good job the owner and her sister are nice and work fast. Thy alo have the belly chain everyone's wearing I brought myself a couple of ankle bracelets they look cute and I get plenty of complemens. Love me fast and get it right I'm satisfied.
