The questionnaire made it feel personal and customized to my needs right from the start. The staff was superfriendly and my massage therapist was excellent at focusing on the spots that needed more attention.

My only complaint is the room where my massage took place was waaaay too cold. I wouldve frozen solid if not for the heated bed. Brrrrr? Its hard to relax when your trying not to shiver.

I was very pleased with my session with Anthony. He asked what problem areas I may have, and concentrated on those areas during the massage. He used the cupping technique, which helped the problem areas immensly. I left feeling refreshed and with less discomfort in those problem areas. Thank you!

I see Kalea at the Harrisburg Elements and she is wonderful! She pays attention to your needs and I am always so happy when I leave! She is a joy to talk to as well! Always a great experience!

Fantastic staff. They work with all concerns for health and safety. They really try to help you address any pain issues with additional stretches to help you after. Love this place.

From start to finish, everything was amazing! From the time I walked in, the two women at the front desk were nice as could be, and so informative & eager to tell me about what they do there. They were exception. My masseuse Anthony was also exceptional. We kept great conversation the whole time and he worked out all of my knots. I haven't felt this great in years! I am planning to make it a monthly thing I believe. I cannot wait to go back.

My masseur, Bacari is the best! He relieved all of the tension in my calves, which is very important for me. Everything from my neck to my toes feel so much better after he massages me!

Overall quality of the massage was great. Manager doesn't care about the customer, only about the money. Had to cancel my membership due to recent visit to physical therapy. When I called in to cancel, they told me it wasn't within the 30 day notice and I would still be charged for the next month even though I can't use it. A dissatisfied customer will tell between 9-15 people about their experience. Around 13% of dissatisfied customers tell more than 20 people.

I love going here! They're great about taking last minute appointments which I'm guilty about doing almost monthly. During my pregnancy, I had a go-to therapist that did wonders on my back pain and headaches from neck stress. Post-baby, there are a couple of therapists I like to switch back and forth between. The receptionists are also always kind and informative!

Very relaxing environment. Wanita was an exceptional massage therapist. Worked problem areas and definitely left with less tension. Would definitely come again if in the area!

I have been to a few massage therapists and I wasn’t dissatisfied.but after 2 visits to Elements, I now understand there to be a huge difference in services rendered. Both Karin and Taryn were amazing! Love everyone here from the ladies that greet me to the ladies that find and make history every problem area my body rises to challenge them.

Very kind and funny technician.she was very skilled I am still feeling significantly better. I am two days migraine free which is rare for me. I liked the environment and the options. I liked that there were extras offered but nothing was pressured onto us. I liked that there were prices shown for all add ons everything was all upfront.

Easy to book appointments online. All staff I’ve interacted with have been friendly. Bakari is a wonderful therapist! He made sure to work on the areas that needed the most attention first before doing the rest. He also gave great explanations as to why certain areas were super tense and gave tips on how to stretch those areas on my own. I highly recommend this place and that you see Bakari!

I loved the eucalyptus essential oil used. It made me relax and the scent stayed with me the remainder of they day. My therapist was very sweet and kept making sure that the pressures were good for me. It is a very clean and calming atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door and all of the staff were very friendly.
