Horrible communication. Someone name Peggy told us the other offer was not good, and that we had a good offer. However she sat on our offer for a week and never called us back for any updates despite constant messages. She eventually told us the other offer was accepted via email. Didn’t have the decency to call.

Chrissy made the first time home buying process so much less scary. She is absolutely wonderful and I cant recommend her enough.
