Frank and Christian helped us through the process of buying the car from Elite, it was very positive experience, and we are happy clients, I highly recommend Elite Auto House

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! This is my first time financing a car and the experience has been horrible. When I went to see the car it was fine, the next day the car was delivered to me with the check engine light on. The car has been in the shop more than I have been able to drive it. The car is currently in the shop right now. They fix it and then something else is wrong. I regret purchasing from them and if this car breaks down 1 more time I will be getting my lawyer involved!

UPDATE: As of today 11/20/2023 Jason and his financial employee Christian promised to have a certified check sent back to my financial institution; however, I still have not been updated on the status. As of this moment they have stolen 12k + and are facing criminal consequences if not returned today.

I’m piggybacking on my mother’s statement (Lionessun) regarding Elite Auto House cashing in on my $12,600 check my Credit Union sent to them. Again, I was working with Frank mid August 2023 on the purchase of a 2014 C2 50 and the Bill of Sale states “to be delivered 8/21/2023. My Credit Union stated as of September 9,2023 my check cleared and Elite Auto House took my money and did not ship the car. Then I started getting the runaround about when the car will ship. I even gave them one last chance and Jason on October 5,2023, who stated the car would be delivered by the end of the week or he would return my check by October 9,2023. Jason also told this to my Credit Union Rep. Yet, Jason -Elite Auto House failed miserably once again and I told Jason no deal and to send my check back. My Credit Union representative told Jason no deal and return the check. I put the BBB and Attorney General on notice and provided them with all the email exchanges from my end as well as from Elite Auto House’s end. Jason responded to the Attorney General’s Office agreeing to return my check, Yet Jason responded to the BBB stating I got to wait on the car to be shipped and I responded to him via the BBB site, No deal return my check. Jason is trying to scam me in real time NO THANKS I don’t do business with frauds!

Update: The Owner Jason has sent my bank a bad check that has bounced due to non sufficient funds. When trying to contact Christian from finance through the email the bad check was sent to, I received a mail error as if the email I was trying to reach had been deleted. Your check bounced due to non sufficient funds. You guys need to send another check for $12,700. If you do not, this will have escalated to a criminal offense instead of the civil penalties you were looking at. It would be in your best interest to send an official or certified check back to where you received it.

UPDATE: 11/17/2023-JASON WROTE ANOTHER BAD CHECK

UPDATE: EVENING OF 11/6/2023 PAYMENT REVERSAL SHOWED UP ON MY SON'S FEDERAL CREDIT UNIONACCOUNT-REASON: NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS. JASON WROTE A BAD CHECK! TOMORROW WE WILL BE CONTACTING THE LAWYER ON STANDBY!

I don't even want to give one star because this business has no integrity and should not be open. My son has been dealing with Frank since mid Aug 2023. His credit union wired Elite Auto House money to purchase a black 2014 Mercedes c2 50 for $12600. This is an out of state purchase and the shipping date on the bill of sale is 8/21/2023. Per my son's Credit Union rep, the transaction cleared as of September 9,2023. They received the money, yet he has not received his car. On September 20,2023, I spoke with Jason, who stated he is the owner, and I expressed my concerns about why they have not shipped my son's car. Jason said he would find out what's going on with the shipping and let me know something the following day. September 21,2023, he had no information about a shipping date, so my son and I told Jason to cancel the deal and return his money. Jason agreed. Called back the follow week to check the status of the wire transfer back to my son's account and spoke to Frank, who stated he would pass my message to Jason. However, Frank has a conversation with my son and convinced him it would be easier to ship the car. My son gives him another chance.they must have the car delivered in his city by Oct 1,2023. My son's Credit Union rep also spoke with Jason, who stated he would have shipping information and the car delivered by 10/1/2023. It is 10/15/2023 and STILL no car and now they went ghost and don't answer our calls or respond to emails about no more chances, deal is off. Jason, his bank rep has been calling you. RETURN MY SON'S MONEY NOW!

UPDATE 10/27/2023: THIS IS MY SON'S REVIEW HE POSTED TODAY, YET APPEARS TO BE HIDDEN: I’m piggybacking on my mother’s statement (Lionessun) regarding Elite Auto House cashing in on my $12,600 check my Credit Union sent to them. Again, I was working with Frank mid August 2023 on the purchase of a 2014 C2 50 and the Bill of Sale states “to be delivered 8/21/2023. Jason is trying to scam me in real time NO THANKS I don’t do business with frauds!

UPDATE 11/5/2023: The evening of 10/27/2023 Jason started calling and texting my son stating he was sending the check back to his Credit Union. My son responded and told him, he will not believe him until his bank confirms receipt and clearance.as of 11/3/2023 his bank rep stated the check cleared. This was a complete nightmare yet an extremely valuable lesson for my son.

Absolutely fantastic place to come buy a car or truck. Frank was my salesman and he knew how to keep it entertaining for sure! I’d buy from them again.

DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. Total scam, VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I have been waiting for my car to get fixed, which they are holding hostage. They told me 2 weeks and now it's going on 2 months. Frank hung up the phone in my face. The disrespect is unreal, totally unprofessional, this is a poor excuse for a business. I paid them in full to fix my car and I keep getting the run around. It's going on 2 months and they stopped answering my phone calls. I will be getting a lawyer involved.

Do yourself a HUGE favor and DO NOT waste your money, time, and life away by purchasing a vehicle from ELITE AUTO HOUSE. I made that mistake and I lost everything. I took my savings and brought a vehicle from this place and immediately (within 1 month) everything that you could imagine went wrong from being sold with a bad transmission which had to be replaced because car would drive off, a bad catylac converter, and a long list of other things. Within 5 months I had kicked out over $7,000 in repairs and car was still not working. There was not one week where I had the car and it was not in the shop for a few days with my personal mechanic. I had to stop using their mechanic after the piles of lies being told to me. I had to stop working my job all together due to me also using my vehicle as my work car also and it breaking down on me every week. I was out of a personal car and business car. All of my salary per week would go to repairs leaving no money for my bills at home. I had to end up moving out and ended up in the southern region to start completely over with life. I became in debt after maxing out all my debit cards and credit cards along to cover repairs, car note payments, car insurance payments, and living expenses. Please, listen to me when I tell you that there are tons of car dealerships that you can buy from and get newer and more reliable vehicles for the same down deposit amount and monthly financing payment amount. I wish I would not have given this place my business and went elsewhere. This is the risk that you take, and for me this was a lesson learned. But I can warn others about their future purchase. Take some time and really look at the negative reviews and not just the positive reviews, because every negative review are being VERY transparent and I have experienced THE SAME!

So, I need to edit my review here (I'm going to leave my old review below so everyone can see how this has changed for the worse:

I never received my permanent registration. When I called the PA DMV I was told that the title transfer was denied on 9/28/23 (which is one day before my temporary was set to expire). They said if I can prove I purchased the car I can come and REPAY the title transfer fee to get a new plate and have the vehicle put in my name.

I'm awaiting a follow-up call from someone who said their name was Jason, who assured me this would be "taken care of" this week. When I just tried calling Jason for an update (called back the number he called me from as he said he could be reached-out that number) I was told that the number was for PA Auto Sales and no one named Jason worked there. They initially told me someone would call me back within the hour and I got no calls back. When I just followed up again someone else answered the phone and said "we have nothing to do with Elite Auto" and you need to speak with them.

Ball is in your court Elite Auto to meet me at a notary and pay the fee for the title transfer (that you were already paid for). This will become a much larger issue if we can't just settle this reasonably and move on.

OLD REVIEW:
I would give a five star review if I could bring myself to but I never leave five stars for anyone. The used car buying experience I had working with Elite Auto House was far and above the best experience I've had buying a used car. Everyone knows that when purchasing a used vehicle there are a fair amounts of unknowns that can arise after purchase, regardless of how well the car is checked out. What separates Elite Auto House from the rest of the field is their commitment to their customers AFTER the car has been purchased. My vehicle purchase had some mechanical issues arise shortly after the purchase and Elite came to the table and got everything addressed at their cost, which is a rarity in my experience (and they did it with a smile). Big thanks to Anna for the excellent car buying experience. They'll have my future business and I have already recommend them to other co-worker lookin to purchase used vehicles.

How do you have fun and enjoy buying a car? See Crystal and Frank. We have purchased many cars and hated the process every time. Not this time! It could not have been easier. Great people from the management down. No hassle, fair price. Definitely worth the hour-long drive. You all made my son very happy! Thank you and see you next time we need a car!

I'm pretty sure based upon prior responses to reviews, I will be disavowed as a person that was foolish enough to buy from this place, but here goes anyway:
We drove a significant distance to buy a BMW 328i. After a brief test drive and inspection we bought the car and drove it home to MD. Within 5 miles, the AC was not working and the Service Engine Soon light came on. I called and reported this immediately.
Since the car had to be MD State Inspected, I took the car to my local BMW dealer. I was shocked to learn that not only would the car not pass State Inspection for various mechanical reasons, but the Catalytic Converters had been cut open and emptied thereby making the vehicle not only fail inspection but also illegal to even be on the road. I reported this to Elite immediately.
After sending them the information on the report from BMW, there first response was "We'll send you the Catalytic Converters". This was totally unsatisfactory, and I put the car on a trailer and brought it back to Elite for them to repair. However, it took them FIVE (5) weeks finally "complete" the repairs. I would call once or twice a week to get an update on the status but was constantly hurried off the phone.
When the car was "ready, " they called me late in the afternoon and were almost insistent that I pick the car up that evening. I am 2 + hours away. I informed them that I would be there the next morning.
I brought tools, lights, and ramps to get under the car and review/inspect what had been done vs what needed to be done when I arrived the next day. I was told that part of the time issue was that they were having trouble with the “Service Engine Soon” light. That should have been a clue I recognized.
The first thing a found was that the work had been completed in the worst fashion possible. Parts were missing, things were loose, and other parts had been damaged in the process of the repairs. The owner showed up later in the morning with another car of the same make and model and took both cars back to their shop to complete the repairs. Oddly enough, I was not allowed to go to the shop and observe which made me very uncomfortable. We spent the entire day waiting for the work to be completed on the car that was "ready" the prior afternoon.
I drove the car home and it ran well, but soon developed a tick in the engine. Also, the "Service Engine Soon" light came back on. Went back through inspection and it failed again because the exhaust hangers were not installed appropriately. After finding a shop to repair the exhaust brackets myself, I finally got the car through inspection, which it should have passed before I drove it off the lot.
I provided the Inspection Certificate to Elite to provide to the Tag and Title company. I began checking back regularly as by now my SIXTY (60) DAY temporary tags are expired. After many aggravating calls, I finally get them to give the contact info for the Tag and Title company. I had my tags inside of a week.
All of this is to say that I have never had this poor of a buying experience with ANYTHING I have purchased - ever. Once the money was out of my hand and into theirs, all customer service dropped off completely. Phone conversations were tense, bordering on confrontational, and lacked any forthcoming information unless I probed and dug for it. Near the end of this when I finally started to get beyond my limits, I was told I was harrassing them and to not contact them by phone or text, on the number that they gave me to reach them. From the time I signed the deal to the time that I had a tagged and titled car in my name was over 4 months. And to this day, the engine still ticks and the “Service Engine Soon” light is on.
