Elite towing treated me like I was their only customer. They were friendly and considerate to my situation. They worked with me from the day of the accident until the day we received back the vehicle and all the moments in between.
I was given the mechanics work cell number Just in case I have any problems down the road. Which I don't anticipate because they are good at what they do that is evident. Keith went above and beyond and for that I am so grateful. I wanted to go above and beyond and write a good review so that everyone knows what good people they are and if you need help in a bad situation like this you can absolutely count on them. No one is happy about being in an accident but if it's gonna happen at least I had an amazing body shop and mechanic on my side. Thanks Elite. You deserve more than 5 stars.

I want to update this I have had my car for over a month now and it couldn't be more perfect not a problem but that's not the reason for this update I lost a very expensive diamond earring before the accident. I was heart broken but I never told my husband it was a Christmas gift and I didn't have the heart I was cleaning out the back of my car and apparently someone from elite who cleaned my car after the accident found it and put it in the rear cup holder. I'm blown away. This is an expensive diamond. I'm so relieved. After 2020 has been such a horrible year now my faith in people has been restored by this small auto body shop. I'm just amazed someone there who never met me would have never been caught decided to be honest and leave me the earring to eventually find. Thank you. You made me cry in a good way.

My Battery died in my car. Elite was dispatched as a AAA Emergency service shop, and Tianna came and replaced the battery for me in the driveway. She was impressive in her knowledge. She did not have the battery with her, but called her boss Mike who drove one all the way to her so that she could replace it. I would recommend her to anyone. She was knowledgeable, professional, and really knew her stuff! The Battery in an Infiniti is not the easiest thing to access, and she immediately knew how to get to it to change it. Overall service 10 out of 10!

My car was towed because I did park in a spot where I shouldn't have (no argument there) however the customer service experience was terrible trying to get location and arrangements to pick up and pay for my car. The charge was $150.00 and it had to be cash. No other payment accepted and of course I was not issued a receipt for the transaction. I picked up my car and headed out of their lot. I noticed the next day that my hood had a dent on it that was new. In addition, I was driving my car the next day and I was dragging something. I pulled off the road to find the undercover protecting the engine was dragging and fell off on one side. I had to take the whole thing off. I immediately called the property where my car was towed from and they gave me the insurance carrier for Elite. I called the insurance carrier and notified them that their was some damage to my vehicle which was minor and can happen but was part of the tow and they said that I cannot file a claim because the owner of Elite automotive denied doing any damage. No one even came out to look at my car or considered that they could have certainly cause the damage that I have pictures of. Very sad that they treat their customers in the fashion they do. I didn't get a choice in the tow company in this case because again I was wrong where I parked but.if you do get a choice in a company for your towing and automotive needs, I encourage you to steer away from this company and pick somebody else. They don't care about their customers having a good experience and coming back.

I bought a vehicle off of the head mechanic four months ago. Five tows later it still is the same issue. The alternator which was suppose to be warranted. First the bracket.then bracket again.then the bolts were loose.then the alternator had a huge dent that he never noticed and belt shredded. Now every thing is loose again. I would never trust this mechanic again!

A family member had to have a vehicle towed following an accident last week. She had a car load of groceries at the time of the accident. She went to the hospital to be checked out. She was very concerned about her groceries. At 4: 55, I called Elite from the hospital to see how late someone would be there so I could leave and pick them up. I found out they were closing at 5. Jan volunteered to stay (on her own time) till I got there from the hospital. I wasn't able to get there until almost 5: 20. It was so kind of her to stay and wait on me to get there to alleviate that concern from my family member. Thank you Jan, we really appreciated your kindness that day. She is the type of person that helps to make a bad day a little better.
