Elite Dental, Philadelphia PA

I've gone there twice. I was surprised by the professionalism and how quickly I got an appointment. I figured a place that nestled in the city it would be crowded and it would be difficult for me to get service promptly. Needless to say, the receptionist were, dating and pleasant. The dentist gave me prompt, courteous, and professional service.

I am not happy with my smile right now, I am in the process of getting my perfect smile back. Dr. Charles and his assistant made me really comfortable. The girls at the front desk were pleasant too. I switch from Front and Olney to the Chelten ave location, glad I did! My appt was at 10am and I was called to the back before 11. Satisfied!

This place has really went down hill.my last couple visits were horrible and even with a appointment I waited two hours just to get my name called. At one point I tried to set a appointment for a deep cleaning and it took over a month to get back to me. I will be finding a new dentist for my family.

I went there October for a general check up. Was suppose to come back for a deep cleaning (WHICH I REALLY NEEDED). Unfortunately that never happened. I had to keep calling the office asking them about the pre authorization papers that they were supposed to send to my insurance company. Only to call my insurance company to find out they never sent it. The dentist and people at front desk will pickup and lie everytime I call and say in 1 week it'll go through. Its now almost March and still nothing. Very unprofessional and dishonest. I wouldn't recommend this dentist office to ANYONE.

My second time coming here since 2016. The dentist along with his team go above and beyond for the patients. I felt comfortable and got a clear understanding of what my next visit should be, & also the health of my teeth. I hate having my teeth worked on. But I will definitely follow up with a next appointment here!

The wait is long and if u drive be prepared with quarters, at least $3 worth to feed the meters, the meter maids up here on chelten ave take their jobs seriously and they are constantly in view to make themselves known. Oh and they take walk-ins, butttt if u do come as a walk-in TAKE THE BUS! And they do have a mini play area for the children up to age 12 and a movie room, so that's cool while you wait. The window is see thru so you can sit in the waiting room and watch them play.

In nearly 40 years of going to the dentist, this was the worst teeth cleaning I've ever experienced. < 5 minutes on cleaning my teeth. Obviously no effort to get rid of plague. And no flossing - never been to a dentist where they haven't flossed my teeth during a teeth cleaning. Definitely not going back to this place.

Elite Dental is fast and efficient when it comes to taking care of their patients! I went to get some work done on my teeth (cleaning) I was in and out, however I have to return for some further work. This is the only dentist my child goes to because of their customer service, their work ethic and time management is on point and he’s five now! I love it here they get 10/10.

One of the worst ever. The dental assistants are great the Dentist not so much. Very unprofessional and horrible.

Horrible customer service and work. They sent me to different locations after my fillings came out and I had to go to the emergency room for temporary fillings. The woman rushed cleaning my teeth to go outside and smoke a cigarette. I don't care what insurance you have or the proximity. Do not waste your time.

Very professional and comfortable.staff were attentive and appeared empathetic to my fears and needs. One doctor in particular is my complete favorite. He sung while I hummed as he filled my cavity. (see how cool they are), I appreciated his patience with my millions of questions.if you are looking for an intimate dental experience this is the place to go.

I had my first appointment today. The ladies at the front desk were very polite and Dr. M is fabulous, he's fast and professional. Highly Reccommend.

Been here a few times. There aways helpful and flexible. Staff is very nice. Doctors are proficient and nice as well. We can always get an appointment when we need one. They offer late hours and Saturdays. They do call to remind you a little too much about your upcoming appt. Sometimes I have waited longer than expected. My kids didnt mind though becasue they have a great play area, games and a tv.

The wait in this office is by far the worst thing about this off I set there for 2.5 hours waiting to be seen each time I asked when will I be seen the woman at the desk would say 5 mins they cleaning the room. I will be finding another dentis ASAP.this office is the worst

Wait time is veeeery long. If you are employed you may have to take half the day off. If you are not employed don't schedule another appointment for at least 2/3 hrs later! Staff is friendly. Dentist is very knowledgeable. 3 stars because of the wait time.

Dr. B and his staff treated me with TLC. They catered to my needs b/c I'm a big baby. They were courtesy and professional. I love my new smile. Thanks Dr. B

Horrible customer service. I called and they kept hanging up on me. I asked for a manager and she hung up too. Extremely disrespectful staff. Ghetto
