Absolutely one of the worse dentistry ever! They do nothing to help patience at all! Very unprofessional! The lack of leadership is appalling. I waited in the waiting room for over an hour. All the while no one said one word to me, I was forced to get up and leave because after 90 mins of sitting I didn’t want to interrupt the ladies laugh session! Get new staff!

I love this office the Dr's and staff I referred a few friends to this office.keep the good work up.be blessed

They are horrible and very lazy, they act like they don't want to take care of your teeth. They will lie right to your face and tell you that nothing is wrong with your teeth. You really have to go somewhere else to get a second opinion and get your teeth done somewhere else. This place is very unprofessional! I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. They need to hire all new people.

Let's just say a few months after getting fillings 2 different teeth broke in my mouth and from my understanding that isn't normal. I am highly upset and annoyed and I felt like I should've been told to come in that same day instead of the day after I made a call.

Worst dental office ever. They don’t answer the phone and if they do they put you on hold for a long time! They’re unprofessional and they take for ever to call your name at your appointment!

Appt was at 11, didn't get seen until 12: -/. They do good work, but need more dentists and techs

I been making appointments and I walk there with my kids done have a car.every time I make an appointment and go there they say they don’t see me in the system. I am call corporate because this is bad business and they have no clue what they are doing. I don’t even want to give them a star at all

Wait time is terrible my sons appointment was at 11: 30 and they didn’t call us back until after 1 pm there was no explanation of why the wait was so long

This place never answers the phone and when they do they put you on hold and never picks back up to take your call. Once they made me an appointment for my kids for a Saturday at 3, get there and found out they close at 1 on Saturdays.

Good customer service, amazing office manager.receptionist and dental assistants are very respectful defiantly worth getting your teeth cleaned there.

They are very unprofessional and the girls at the front desk are rude and act like they are in highschool plus the wait time is 90 mins I wouldn’t recommend to anyone I wish I could put less then one star

They overbook appt. Then are rude and blame the back. Im confused dont they all work together. If they had no stars I would give them that.

This place is horrible. Someone from this office Called Me to schedule an appointment for an extraction and then the day of I get there and the IGNORANT LADY behind the deck told me that my appointment wasn't until 11 and I know I made the appointment for 10am. When I told her I would have e to reschedule she got real nasty. And the wait time in here is crazy! I'll be looking for a new dentist for me and my 6 kids.

The wait time is ridiculous. I had appt and had to wait forever just to go to back to wait again this place really sucks I'm so aggravated that they wasted my day

HORRIBLE! I was scheduled for 10 got there at 945.3 families in the waiting room, they called me at 1045 to fill out paper work, and that i filled out before.i left front desk unprofessional ughh

Never will I ever step foot in this office again. I came in for tooth pain, received an xray and was told nothing was wrong. The pain kept going so I went to see another dentist who determined I needed a root canal. This office is completely uneducated and needs to seriously close down.

The staff was very polite. The dentist and dental assistant were very nice and made me feel comfortable.
