The girl that did my pedicure was great she took her time the polish finish was nice.
My problem was they charge $34 for “regular” pedicure and they don’t scrub or file off dry skin. My feet looked dry as when I came in.
The prices are too high. Check prices before service.

I’m new to the area so I was willing try out a new place around me. Honestly I told the nail tech since the beginning everything I needed even told her throughout the whole section if I needed fixing but still did not deliver. Told her I wanted my nails to be even out and squared. At first most of my nails were very long but three unfortunately broke off but still something easily to work on. She even messed up the long ones and didn’t make them exactly square. I have been to a different place where even if they are all messed up the nail tech still managed to do good and not make them look bulky, uneven, and slanted. I will not be going back.

April 25,2023 I came in and I was the only customer in the salon as a walk in for service. I asked the owner the cost of my gel manicure she quoted me $40
She proceeded to do my nails about 20 min in she got a phone call. I could hear a customer request a gel manicure and the cost she quoted them $35. Immediately I was upset that I was charged 40 so when she finished the phone call I said to her oh so the cost of a gel manicure is $35 and she said yes. So I sat there while my nails were getting done and thoughts of why I was charged $40 ran through my head which made me very upset. As a manipulation tactic she did a back rub which I had never had that done before I'm guessing to make me feel better that I was being charged that extra. I proceeded to go up to pay at the desk and she said $35 you cannot see what she's punching into the computer so I was I was okay with that so I said please add $5 tip on there when she put the receipt down for me to pay I noticed her finger was on top of the first digit but I didn't pay it any mind all I saw was the five. I thanked her and I went on to my business about a half an hour later I had some time and I went on my bank account to see that I wasn't charged $35 in fact I was charged $45. I immediately contacted my bank to make them aware of what happened and I wanted them to adjust and dispute the $10 they suggested that as well. I filed a dispute for the extra $5 and my tip that she didn't deserve. This was a matter of principal not the money! Please be aware especially my melanated sisters of how much you're charged and how much the actual bill is. This is morally wrong!

So happy I stayed with this salon. Everyone makes you feel so special and tonight Michelle stayed late for me which is hard to come by in a nail salon. No one is ever in a rush and everyone always makes you feel like such a valuable client. They truly get to know you and care about their work. Love them all and will always be a returning client, I don’t trust anyone else!

Had Acrylics done and they are perfect. She took her time and was very professional. The designs were also amazing. I found my new spot!
