This company is garbage they dispatch you loads and have you delivered them contacted them several times no payment I have all my documents for filing a civil matter You can look this business up by the state of PITTSBURGH PA address and information pulls directly up

Be careful with lumpers fee after sending payment receipt they deduct it from your pocket after a month saying they don’t have the receipt af payment when they are the ones who provide me with the money code for payment Don’t haul loads from these people They will be looking after your money only Disgrace

We did a few loads for them and they owe us over 6k. It has been over 60 days and they don't even get back to us. At this point we're thinking about filing a claim to their MC number through the court house. We're also going to get in touch with their customer where we picked up from and also give their customers a bad review and explaining to them that this guy's are the reason for the bad reviews, for
hiring this company that does NOT pay their outside carriers.

Niagara is where we picked up from, so I welcome everyone to get ahold of their customers.

Trash! It's unfortunate Google forces you to give at least 1 star when reviewing. No payment on load from May. Operations will answer right away so they can book open loads but accounting is nowhere to be found. They have 3 automated email responses saying "your email has been escalated and will be paid as soon as possible. " This has been the same for months.

As owner operators, we spend the money up front to run a load for a broker. It's already ridiculous that their policy is 45 days on repayment but here we are going on 8 months with no payment.

DO NOT BOOK A LOAD WITH ELITE TRANSIT! Even if it's the last one left on the load board, cut your loses and go home empty. You will not be paid anyway so why depreciate your truck with weight for free?

Hope this helps future companies from this nightmare. If you book a load with them after all these warnings; SHAME ON YOU!

Do not work for this company they got 7 loads that don’t want to pay us that been 3 months old

advise trucking companies to avoid pulling their loads since most likely they will not get paid.
I am about to file against their surety bond since I have no choice left.

No payment on invoices! Stay away from this scammers! Contact they customers put the custumers on collection make them pay us for job we have done and make the customers think twice when the give the opportunity to one day brokers to make business make them regret about and pay twice! By law we can make them pay us!

Company used to be great but this year they have been beyond horrible. With the market being as terrible as it is not paying carriers for their work is criminal. This company owes me $4000+ in invoices and refuse to pay or answer the phone yet they are still posting loads daily and catching other desperate companies that are working hard and trying to make a living. Its just complete nonsense and they should have to take responsibilities for their actions.

This is HTUN TRUCKING and I delivered 3loads ftom elite in April, 2023. I submitted all paperworks after delivering the loads but I didn't get any payment from them. I also waited for 70 days and I called payable department but no one picked up the phone and never called back. Very disappointed.

Just hauled a Niagara load didn't now they had bad credit with the Factoring Company. I'll see how this goes with getting paid. I'll update this review when I figure out how do business. Update got the check on-time

The Company is in shambles, they are not paying us carriers at all and we all talk FYI.
Blacklisted by all factoring companies, booking carriers knowing they wont pay. I hope this fall from grace is a violent one, karma is real and its coming.

Stay away they can't even pay employees and laid a bunch off. They can't pay carriers. Carriers have to wait 90 days + to get paid. VP of operations is downfall of the company.

This broker is bad for business ran a load for them and was told I would have to wait 45 days from the day all paperwork was received to be paid out for the load I ran 45 days have gone a passed and nobody can give me any kind of update as to when I'll be paid out if you'd like to stay in business stay away from this broker at all cost and communication for them is a zero good luck reaching someone just for them to tell you send another email to get the same answer
