Dr. Loftus scheduled my appointment quickly, helping to alleviate my anxiety, and performed the procedure quickly, personably, and professionally.

Dr Anoia takes all the time you need to thoroughly explain and discuss the problem and the recommended course of treatment. The nursing staff reinforces the information and the patient portal is available for the questions you forget to ask. All around patient-centered consideration. I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr Anoia. She’s an ace in my book!

About "the place": I give the place a "0". The complex isn't too difficult to find but the signage is hard to read while driving & navigating is awful. Finding section 2 & the bridge to is horrible. Three phone calls & 45 minutes later after riding around in circles, I finally found bldg 12. Extremely frustrating. I wound up back on Byberry to Terwood to Davisville to Byberry again twice before finding "the little bridge". At checkout, it was suggested I back out, go to my right & straight out to the road then go left. Now I know to come in at the 2nd entrance & straight to bldg 12. Shame noone told me that. ** As for the doctor & staff, delightful!

Was made to feel comfortable as possible with a procedure that was very stressful for me. Dr Anoia and nurse assistant Chris were very professional and were informative from beginning to the end.

I was referred to Dr. Anoia by my gynecologist after a mass was found on my bladder. Every person I encountered at this office were kind, respectful and friendly. Dr. Anoia is very knowledgeable in her field and kept me informed of every procedure through to my surgery. Dr. Anoia is very personable and always make me feel comfortable. I'm thankful to have her as my urologist.

Dr. Anoia has a genuine concern for her patients. She gets to the point and then gives good background for you to understand her diagnosis. She respects your difference of opinion. She does not pressure you but she does hold you accountable. I wish I had a doctor like her as my primary care physician.

Dr. Anoia was very clear in her explanation of what I was experiencing. Very compassionate and listened very carefully to what I was feeling and she explained what we were going to do as a follow up to make sure there were no underlying issues. She can come across as a little abrupt sometimes, but I’ve had it a lot worse with other doctors. Would recommend!

In regards to the care i received, Dr. Anoia Loftus was able to resolve my issue that i've been dealing with for several years, and finally get me some relief. However, her bedside manner is nonexistent. I left my first appointment crying. She was rude, kept telling me the things i as describing were incorrect (i guess what she meant by that was i was using the incorrect term for my symptoms), and she had no empathy whatsoever. I felt very affronted that i was told what i was experiencing was "wrong". There is a better way to say that, like "i think what you may be trying to describe is. " or "in our industry we prefer to use the term. " etc. All in all, I'm glad we were able to get to the bottom of it and she was able to resolve my issues, but go in with the mindset that you will be knocked around emotionally and mentally prepare for being manhandled.

I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor in my entire life. For years I have been struggling with bladder issues that have taken a toll on my physical and mental health. When I tried expressing my concerns to Dr. Anoia, she was rude, condescending, and borderline aggressive. She constantly spoke over me and denied I was having the symptoms multiple doctors said I had. She also attacked me personally for taking medication various doctors said I needed. Dr. Anoia was so rude that I eventually started to cry during our appointment. Instead of apologizing or changing her tone of voice, she made me feel like the health issues I was struggling with were my fault. I left that appointment sobbing and feeling like there was no chance of getting better.

I had a couple of appointments with this doctor and there are a few things that I really think she needs to improve upon in terms of patient care. When speaking with her, I felt uncomfortable asking questions and being there in general. For example, as a patient, sometimes I need to ask questions to understand what fully is going on. When I asked questions, this doctor would say things like "I feel like you are talking in circles" and "I already said that". I would highly recommend not saying these things to your patients because it can come across as condescending and hurts the trust that you need to be built with your patients.
